Categories

Cleanliness
5.8
Multiple guests reported dirt, odors, hair in showers, stained carpets and a generally worn/grungy feel; a few guests said cleaning staff tried their best, but overall cleanliness concerns were frequent.
Service
8.8
Staff were repeatedly described as friendly and accommodating, with several mentions of helpful check-in agents; occasional front desk confusion and overwhelmed breakfast staff were noted but outweighed by positive interactions.
Location
9
Many reviewers called the location convenient and safe and explicitly listed location as a pro.
Room Quality
7.2
Beds and pillows received strong praise, but rooms were often described as dated with maintenance issues (AC failure, stained carpets, fixtures falling off), producing a mixed-but-slightly-negative impression.
Amenities
7
Mixed amenities: positive notes for large TVs/Roku and available breakfast, but frequent complaints about unreliable Wi‑Fi, missing TV channels on the provided service, and some broken room fixtures.
Value for Money
9.2
Numerous guests emphasized good to excellent value, calling the hotel budget-friendly and a good deal for the price.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast was commonly praised as hot, varied and plentiful; isolated issues included no fruit available at times and cold coffee or a messy breakfast area during busy periods.
Overall Experience
7.6
Overall a generally positive stay driven by value, friendly staff and solid breakfast, but diminished by recurring cleanliness and maintenance problems which moderate the overall impression.
