The pool and hot tube and the cleanliness
Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Pool was nice, location was great too.
First room assigned to me hadn’t been cleaned at all, beds were still dirty and unsaid. Dirty towels and trash on the floor. Front desk was greet, apologized and immediately switched rooms.
Great location, staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was wonderful too.
I liked everything, nothing to complain about
Good location
The room was disgusting. I don’t think the bedsheets were changed prior to me coming and staying the night. The only reason I stayed in this room is because we arrived really late at night otherwise I would’ve continued looking for another hotel slept on our own blankets.
It was very convenient to the highway, restaurants in the area and the staff was extremely polite.
Some of the lights didn’t work and the outlets wouldn’t hold our charger boxes.
Nothing
We had a really unsettling experience with another guest staying directly across the hall from us. On two separate occasions, this man followed me and stared at me in a way that made me extremely uncomfortable.
The first time was when I stepped out to use the hallway microwave. He walked right behind me, and when I glanced back (just normal instinct), he was staring at me in a very strange, unsettling way.
The second time, it happened again. As I stepped out of our room, he came out behind me. At that point, I felt scared and quickly went outside to our van. When I looked back, he was gone but when I came back out, he was standing right in front of the building, staring at me again. That’s when I knew something wasn’t right and I didn’t feel safe staying there.
We trusted our instincts and decided to leave shortly after checking in.
What made it worse when I brought this to the front desk (Paige), she acted like she didn’t know who I was talking about. But I had literally seen her walking down the hall with him earlier, casually, toward the room at the end. When I mentioned that, her reaction completely changed.
The manager, who was on the phone with her at the time, told us we would receive a refund once we contacted booking to give them a call. We did as told and when booking contacted them we were told it was denied.
There were also multiple teenage boys running around shirtless and barefoot like they were living there. The whole environment felt off and unsafe.
At that point, I couldn’t trust the situation especially with how close the front desk staff seemed with this man. It honestly made me question what kind of access or information was being given out.
I’ve reported everything, but nothing was done by the hotel or booking.
Please be aware of your surroundings if you stay here. We will never be coming back after this experience (his truck photo attached below)
Close to highway. Lighted parking. Bare basics, but that matched the price. Friendly staff. A place to catch up on work, get organized for a long trip for seasonal work in AK.
It is possible the non dog rooms were nicer. No pet fees, which was nice.
Fridge had some mold from being turned off, noisy group partying.
Everything
Door leading outside closest to our room would lock you out after 9:00 pm.
It was convenient to restaurants and the gas station and shopping center. It was right off the highway.

Clean quiet
Nice and clean. I enjoyed working out in the fitness room. I wish they had a treadmill.
Someone was smoking late at night.
Room was extremely clean. Staff was courteous and friendly. Bed was comfortable, particularly the pillows. Room was quiet despite the fact that this place is surrounded on three sides by major highways.
Room furnishings were extremely spartan, even by Motel 6 standards. There was a huge open space where apparently a table and chair had once been. The room placard advertised a 31 channel TV lineup but many of these channels weren't actually available. Interior hallways had a weird paint job that made them look like an industrial building. Although the bed was comfortable the blanket was rather thin.
