Nice clean place that seems to have just about got up and running. Comfy bed, nice folks at reception who couldn’t do enough to help with a transport situation I had.
Had a few nice hot fresh Gujarati breakfasts and chai at places down the street from Shivaye.
There isn’t a lift but I’m happy to trek the stairs, may be trickier for those with age or mobility issues. The TV didn’t work but in truth there was way more to go out and see so didn’t miss it much.
I like the ambience of the hotel and behaviour of the hotel staff was extremely cooperative.
Everything was good. One drawback is that there is no lift in the hotel. It is difficult for elder people to go to the top floor.
Location wise good. Railway station of Haridwar and Har Ki Pauri is nearby.
Don't like it's hidden charges. Hotel owner was charged if someone was come to meet you. They was charged 500 INR per person.
Hotel room and bedroom was dirty. No parking. Too natrow roads i think only 7 feet wide.
It is deep inside a very narrow street where maneuvering your car and parking it is very difficult.Room was too small with no bright lights and a small window opens on a wall suffocating the place. wash room was dirty with no toilet paper and towels. Shelves were not broad enough to keep luggage. The boy served tea in a poly bag to us. No restaurant and limited items for outside food.
We paid for three double bed rooms but one of the allocated room was tiny with no windows. All the rooms were not clean. The bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom smelled.
Hotel near to location from train station
Rooms are under renovations so paint smells and dust everywhere. Toilets are not clean
