Service on the room change was great due to the apartment we had booked had a issue. Clean spacious and good for me as I was on crutches at the time

Cons:

Was told that get a call when our rooms would be ready after dropping our bags off and I got a text at 1615.

Spacious and better than expected
Pros:

Very spacious space and modern! The bed and couches were very comfortable. Had enough amenities, the staff were friendly and informative. We were upgraded to a different room and I am grateful. Thank you

Cons:

There was music playing all night til the early hours of the next day! There was some corners or spots that looks like theyre been missed during cleaning but nothing horrid. Could use more teas and coffees but otherwise I am happy.

Very disappointing for the price.

Cleanliness. Bathroom stank. Insufficient tea and coffee for duration of stay. No black out blinds when windows overlooked building with lights on 24/7 and light could get into bedroom. Stained mugs.

Overall everything was good apart from the shower and the wifi was a bit hit and miss
Pros:

We had a late flight down and we received a email with all the check in information was very easy to get access to the building and then our room, location was great close to public transport

Cons:

The shower is over the bath and is a bit of step up into the bath and getting back out of a wet and slippery bath is a bit dangerous thankfully they have a rail to hold onto but could be better

A very comfortable stay in a central location. Good facilities
Pros:

Well appointed apartment in the centre of the CBD. Easy access to front door across the road from the car park. Easy to drive to via motorways. All facilities worked well. Comfortable bed and lounge room. AC worked well.

Pros:

The beds and sofa was comfortable and for an inner city apartment it was a good space. The staff were very helpful. Very handy to everything in the cbd.

Cons:

It was a tidy apartment and what I would say on the surface clean, but there were a few things that needed a good clean like the bathroom shower tiles and the freezer box had something spilled but never cleaned out as it's in the ice. Things that don't get done without a proper look at things. ( this is my comment because I have an accommodation rental) still a good place to stay
