I stayed at this apartment hotel during a recent trip to Melbourne. For the way I used it, it was generally fine and served its purpose.
However, the apartment I was assigned was on level B and unfortunately had very little natural light. There was almost no difference between day and night inside the room, which made the space feel quite dark most of the time.
The appliances also felt quite old and dated. The television, in particular, was an old plasma display and not a smart TV. In 2026, considering how common streaming entertainment has become, it would be reasonable to expect a more modern setup.
The overall cleanliness was acceptable, but we did notice some accumulated dust behind the bed, which suggests that certain areas might not be cleaned as thoroughly as others.
On a positive note, the staff were always helpful, friendly, and very responsive throughout the entire process—from booking to the stay itself—which I really appreciated.

Perfect stay for an amazing week
Pros:

The room was spacious had a large lounge area, great amount of cooking utensils and a large fridge with freezer to store food for longer stays. Overall was great.

Cons:

The ground floor that we were on only had one window that couldn’t be opened so we had no access to more natural light or fresh air. But that’s ok.
Was a little bit of noise from the construction next door but we were notified of that during booking, confirmation stage and when they called to ask when we would be arriving

Beds made up for the shortfalls

Customer service before stay was amazing!

Cons:

Arrived around 10:30 - 11 am. Unable to check in, room not ready - fine, we were able to leave luggage. Was told would receive a call. No call received by lunch, so had to call. Ultimately, was not able to access the room until 3:30pm, for a one-night stay and an event beginning at 4pm - this wasn't good enough. Terrible communication regarding this.
Hairdryer blew up - being apartment style - no one able to contact prior to 9 am
Generally a little tired, needs a good clean

Good enough for my purpose of one night stay.
Pros:

Location was great and the room was spacious. Reception staff was welcoming.

Cons:

The blinds are too sheer and there was construction going on. Made me uncomfortable to stay in the living room due to fear of privacy. Mugs were missing so I can’t make any hot drinks.

Thin walls and bright rooms
Cons:

The rooms have paper thin walls so I could hear the room next door coughing all night and could not sleep. I gave up and moved onto a small couch in the living room, but the blinds don't block out the blaring light from the building next door. Terrible sleep

Great room, location & wifi, but our stay was significantly impacted by noise from nextdoor
Pros:

Great location, comfortable room with good kitchen

Cons:

Although there was a warning at the time of booking that construction in the adjacent building may cause some noise, we did not expect that it would start at 6am, and on some nights continue until 11pm.
