Würde ich persönlich nicht erneut buchen.
Pros:

Frühstück war in Ordnung, die Lage ist zentral

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war katastrophal. Alles war gefühlt kaputt.
Das Personal besteht aus gefühlt 2-3 Personen. Der Herr an der Rezeption kam sehr uninteressiert rüber. Ich habe mich gemeinsam mit meiner Familie nicht wohlfühlen können

Cons:

La piscina e gli e spazi circostanti avrebbero bisogno di una maggior cura perché sembrano lasciati andare a loro stessi.

No me gustó el estado del baño, la ducha no funcionaba bien, la bañera muy sucia. La habitación y el baño mucha humedad. Necesitaba arreglos y mantenimiento. La habitación estaba muy expuesta al paso de gente y exceso de ruido desde las 4:30 am que empiezan los tours de globos. Tampoco me gustó que reservé para 3 personas, y la cama supletoria me la ofrecieron a su precio cuando ya estaba ejecutada la reserva. En otras ocasiones esta opción aparece antes de pagar la reserva. Y la cama supletoria después de pagarla era malísima, muelles ruidosose incomoda. Otro detalle que no me gusto, es que no tenían agua en recepciónpara darnos a beber antes de salir.

Lugar perfecto en Cappadocia

El alojamiento es simplemente INCREÍBLE en todos los aspectos.

Instalaciones, ubicación inmejorable, el desayuno más variado y rico de todo Turquía y sin duda un personal encantador que tuvo un detalle de dedicación en nuestra estancia.

El hotel sigue un estilo típico de Cappadocia, ubicado de forma muy céntrica para todo tipo de actividades y con unas vistas panorámicas de la pequeña ciudad que son preciosas a todas horas.

Sin duda si volviese a esta región me hospedaría aquí.

Cons:

Como único detalle el agua de la piscina era ligeramente turbia, pero puedo entender que hay muchos factores que inciden en ese resultado.

Bello ma bisogna dare una rinfrescata

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, lo stile della costruzione con le varie terrazze affacciate alla città. Colazione molto varia e abbondante

Cons:

1- pulizia e riordino camera solo su richiesta, da precisare che è stata chiesta 2 volte ma non è stata fatta, le giustificazioni sono state una per dimenticanza nel prendere nota e l'altra disguido con il personale addetto
2- orario colazione, apertura 8,30 troppo tardi, considerando che molti si alzano presto per fare escursioni
3- la struttura è bella però avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione, esempio la finestra della camera non si poteva chiudere perché era rotta.il bagno presentava nel box doccia segni di muffa, il soffitto imbarcato.

L’emplacement et les différentes terrasses disponibles avec de belle vue

Cons:

Chambre très très humide et froide, connexion internet impossible dans la chambre DELUXE, jaccuzi en mauvaise état et taché.
