Very disappointing experience for the price paid (almost €800 for 5 nights). This room is advertised as a suite with a private pool, but it is really just a standard room with the bathroom located downstairs.
The private pool is nice, but there was a constant sewage smell coming from the drain. We even had to cover it with a glass to reduce the odor. On top of that, a lot of heat came up through the drain, making the bathroom unbearably hot. It was impossible to leave the bathroom door open, even with the air conditioning running in the bedroom. I reported the problem to the reception twice, but nothing was done.
The stairs leading to the bathroom are extremely slippery and dangerous—I almost fell several times. In addition, whenever you use the overflow pool, water flows directly into the bathroom.
Cleanliness was also disappointing. There was visible mold in the bathroom, several areas were very dirty, and some of the facilities were damaged. The overflow drain grates around the pool were broken, dirty, and clearly poorly maintained, giving the overall impression of a lack of proper upkeep.
The room also lacks storage space. There is only a small wardrobe with no shelves or drawers, which is completely inadequate for two people. We had no choice but to leave our suitcases open on the floor throughout our stay because there was nowhere to properly unpack or store our belongings.
The bed was not comfortable, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the breakfast offered very little variety, with almost the same selection every day.
Our room was located directly opposite the reception area and was very noisy. There were people constantly walking by and talking late into the evening, as well as delivery vans unloading linen and supplies early in the morning. Sleeping with the windows open was impossible, so we had to keep them closed and rely on the air conditioning all the time. At night, you can also hear the noise of the pool filtration system.
Everything about the hotel was great. Lovely staff, best location, will recommend to all my friends and family.

La gente nos trato muy bien. Pudimos usar las instalaciones incluso luego de hacer checkout. Que tenga piscina es genial si vas en verano!

Ci è piaciuto tutto, dalla stanza alla colazione alla piscina ( che dalle foto sembra grande ma è piccolina). In camera c' è tutto ciò che serve, anche un piccolo frigorifero. Di notte è ben illuminato: è molto scenografico! Dalle tre terrazze si vedono benissimo le mongolfiere all' alba.

We booked so called presidential suites, in reality they are not.
- the hotel arranged a private cab for airport pickup for 75 Euro, that guy dropped our luggage and us on the road as another car is blocking way to reception. We had to search for reception and ask us to help with luggage.
- don’t expect any welcoming faces or hospitality. No one bothered to even smile or ask for water.
- no space given to put our luggage’s in the suite rooms, we have to use sofa for luggage then where is seating space?
- sand falling from walls and roof all the time (we didn’t complain because we didn’t think they are receptive for any dialogue.
- they font clean rooms unless you ask them to, but they should at least refill water on daily basis
Simple things do matter
Beautiful. Rooms are cool in summer. Breakfast is great. The place for breakfast and the pool on the top give a nice view around. Staff at the kitchen works hard.
The style of the rooms and facilities is generally kept to be in harmony with the surrounding rocks. However some details like artificial ceiling covers and surfaces in the open areas were not the best match.
