De tudo, desde o conforto do quarto, passando pela hospitalidade dos funcionários, incluído a excelente localização, mesmo no centro da localidade.

Banheiro fedia cigarro e mofo. O quarto tem um fedor que não sabemos distinguir. Não tem cofre. Precisa pedir pra limpar por WhatsApp ou ligação. A limpeza é PÉSSIMA. Homem do dia 04/04 às 9h45 na recepção super sem educação. Insistindo que meu tour era o verde no sábado e eu dizendo que era o vermelho que reservei e poderia provar. Ao dizer isso ele ficou alterado. E depois teve que voltar atrás e pedir pra eu comprovar no WhatsApp. E foi o que fiz, comprovei que ele estava errado e ele é um grosso e mal informado. Outra coisa: não se engane, esse hotel não é caverna, de jeito algum, passa bem longe disso. Os quartos são abertos pra rua, então qualquer pessoa pode andar entre eles. O nosso era barulhento. As cortinas não bloqueiam a claridade. E o pior de tudo ROUBARAM meu perfume. Um absurdo! Levei um perfume novo pra viagem e está voltando pela metade! Reservamos 3 noites, e só pedimos limpeza 1x. Quando voltamos ao hotel no dia que pedimos limpeza eu percebi que meu perfume estava pela metade. Fiquei incrédula. Isso nunca me aconteceu. Nunca fui roubada dentro de um hotel. E não tem cofre pra guardar item de valor. E as pessoas que fazem a limpeza se dizem ser religiosas. E na religião delas é certo roubar? Um perfume caro, ter sido roubado dentro do meu quarto de hotel. Um absurdo. Não sabem a raiva que estou desse maldito hotel.

Posizione ottima in centro a Goreme! Pulito, prezzo molto conveniente data anche la colazione inclusa (buona, con scelta sia di dolce che di salato), e staff molto disponibile e cordiale. Hanno organizzato per noi sia i trasferimenti da/per l’aeroporto che anche e soprattutto un tour privato con guida parlante italiano per poter vedere tutto quello che volevamo e avevamo richiesto! 💯🤍
