The pool was a bit too hectic, it seemed to more of a chilled type of pool but large groups of kids was messing and causing a disturbance so much that another couple just left

Absolutely horrific, ruined the start of our holidays with two babies !!! Vile dirty place

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! we arrived here very late with 2 babies and the rooms were an absolute disgrace! First room the air con had a smell of fish, and stains all over the sofa bed. Second room the couch was all stained and broken ! The third room the Sofa bed was absolutely disgusting we could not sleep in. Holes and dirt/stains all over it. There was no rooms available and it was by this point 2 o'clock in the morning so we had no choice to stay because of the kids. We checked out first thing in the morning and found somewhere else to stay. Staff were so RUDE ! not a single apology, refused to give us a full refund and only gave a refund for the two nights we left. They actually found it acceptable to charge full price to stay with the stress of moving to three different rooms with two babies and still not being able to sleep because of the sheer dirt !! If we could have slept in the car we would have !!!! Genuinely never experienced anything like it in my life. Absolutely nothing like the pictures online, i do not know how it is even allowed !!

Pleasent, would use as more a hotel, then as a living apartment

Brilliant location and free parking
Good pool and gym
Staff were pleasant
Nice bathroom
Free coffee and Croissants were a treat

Cons:

Paid extra for an extra large double bed and felt like just a standard double bed.
water in shower was cold on many occasions,
sofa bed was really uncomfortable to sit on,
no mirror in bedroom or a long mirror.
kitchen facilities were abit bleak. No tea towel or enough kitchen ware.

Pros:

The pool and the park opposite the hotel. Near Lytham and the the pleasure beach and Blackpool zoo. Walking distance to St Ann's peir.

Cons:

Not amazingly clean. Car park could of done with a sweap.

There wasn’t a free breakfast as said on booking.com. Instead it was free pastries. Pastries were cheap pastries that were hardly ever available.

Lovely spacious and comfortable appartment in great location
Pros:

Lovely spacious apartment with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen area. The pool was really nice. We really enjoyed the complimentary pastries for a quick breakfast. Great location, really close to the beach and shops etc and just across the road from the beautiful Ashton gardens.

Cons:

The cleanliness wasn’t to my standard, the floors were quite dirty and there was not adequate storage furniture in the rooms for clothes etc. The coffee machine in the reception wasn’t great and was broken a few times during our stay.
