You haven't added any extra beds.
The pool was a big hit with the kids.
Brekfast was disappointing.
Clean and tidy. Beds really comfy. Pool nice.
There wasn’t a free breakfast as said on booking.com. Instead it was free pastries. Pastries were cheap pastries that were hardly ever available.
Lovely spacious apartment with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen area. The pool was really nice. We really enjoyed the complimentary pastries for a quick breakfast. Great location, really close to the beach and shops etc and just across the road from the beautiful Ashton gardens.
The cleanliness wasn’t to my standard, the floors were quite dirty and there was not adequate storage furniture in the rooms for clothes etc. The coffee machine in the reception wasn’t great and was broken a few times during our stay.
Great location, neat and tidy apartment, reasonable priced
Only small things, no spare bin bag, no chopping board, one bed sloped to the side and the main one was no lift and we were top floor
Location
WiFi isn’t very good
the room was clean and worked well for a family of three generations 5 year, 30years
60+ years, the extras like pots cutlery and microwave, oven fridge were all spotless
whilst glorious sunshine is not the norm for the uk, the couple that slept on the pullout bed didnt sleep very well as it was so hot, the main bedroom had glorious aircon and the second bedroom had a fan but the living room was like a furnace.
Lovely apartment with good amenities and good location.
Steam room was broken
Great location, plenty of shops and restaurants/ cafes nearby. Apartment average but had everything you need.
Entrance hallway and staircase in need of desperate decoration and new carpets as they are badly stained and smell of dogs.
Lovely modern, spacious room. Great pool area. Free parking.
Breakfast was poor - average coffee with a shop wrapped pastry. No bar area in the hotel.
Spacious apartments. Easy parking.
A few stairs to climb.
We stayed in the 2 bed apartment with bunk beds and it provided 5 of us with plenty space and all facilities we needed for our 2 night stay.
Apartment was beautiful decorated and laid out allowing us to cook breakfast each day and plenty room at the big table for our takeaway fish and chips!
The gym was well equipped, far better than most hotels I’ve stayed at and the pool was larger than expected and a nice temperature.
Ideally situated for the beach, pier, shops and pubs.
There’s a bus from outside to Blackpool but we got a Taxi which cost £10 each way which was ideal for 5 people.
Only reason it’s not a 5* review is the pool and spa facilities were out of order on our second day much to the disappointment of our 7 year old who’d loved it the day before.
That said, this isn’t the fault of the hotel just one of those unexpected maintenance issues that happen.
Also oddly there was no blind in the bunk beds room.
Beds were comfy.
Location was perfect
Staff are lovely
Air con in the apartment
Fans were put in every room and TV
Close to shops and beach.
We had to ask for the room to be cleaned whilst we’re out. Only to come back later that day and be told the key we had was the only one.
Breakfast was disappointing- it’s no cooked breakfast it’s a coffee machine and crossiants to go. milk didn’t work in the machine and croissants were gone. pool is one hour slot a day and the chlorine the first day burnt everyone’s eyes.
Friendly staff and location
No air con to compensate for the window locks and poor quality pull out bed to sleep on.
Restricted pool times and no parking spaces available
We loved the apartment and our grandchildren loved the pool
We needed a baking tray and scissors in the room
The venue was close to the beach and St Anne's town, with lots of lovely cafes to get breakfast in. The swimming pool was great to be able to use and it was nice to be able to self-cater (Aldi, Sainsbury's and the posh M&S food hall are walking distance, so that was great!). It was dog friendly and the staff love dogs and were generally really helpful. Bathroom was clean and seemed quite new (had a big shower but no bath).
The sofa in the living space was old and tired and smelled of dog. It was a shame because the space would have felt a lot better if there had been a nicer sofa and comfy chairs in it. The dishwasher didn't open properly, which was difficult and they only provided one dishwasher tablet, so you'll need to bring your own! There was no tea or coffee provided. The bed was on the wonk and quite uncomfortable. There was a £2 cost for towels for use in the pool (we just used our apartment ones, but this wasn't communicated on arrival so was a faff for the first pool visit) and you had to pre-book pool/sauna use for the whole of your stay. This was fine for us as I like a swim every morning before getting ready for the day, but this could be a real downside for others.
