Excellent Acommodation would highly recommend to anyone, young or old. Especially having the spa with it.
Pros:

Lovely location. Great big apartment. Downstairs which was excellent for my disabled hubby. Kitchen had everything in that u could ever want. Including a washer/dryer, fridge freezer, washing up liquid, t cloth etc. bedroom was separate with clean bedding and tv in there to watch & comfy bed. Very happy. The spa was magnificent, from pool, to sauna jacuzzi and gym. Very warm & very clean. Absolutely Amazing to be honest. The only thing was the en-suite which was off the bedroom did not have the best ventilation in it.
But towels, were clean, and the apartment was very clean.

Cons:

Just to pick, we missed having a cooked breakfast. But there are a lot of cafes around to visit.

Pool area was nice. Not sure people were sticking to the booking slots

Cons:

A lot of general maintenance required.
Fuse board buzzing loudly keeping you up. Bare plaster in the bathroom.

Sofa bed unbelievably uncomfortable to sit on and sleep on

Pros:

The apartment was clean and spacious, and we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was available in bedrooms bathrooms just kitchen.

Cons:

It took a while to figure out how to use the electric hob, and there was no rack for the grill in the oven. I googled it and it was fine then.

Was expecting better quality from 4 stars
Pros:

Great location, has everything you needed to self cater

Cons:

The sofa was very small, the coffee machine at reception had broken, we had issues gaining access with the key card to a top floor apartment, some of the blinds didn't open and the bathroom light didn't work, the gym is a great facility but very compact.

Nothing at all.

Cons:

The property is very dirty and not comfortable at all. It was that dirty we had to leave and look for another hotel. The locks on our door did not work and a very gentle push opened the family room entrance door which left the room open for anyone to get access.

Pros:

Great location and very dog friendly . This is a great self catering accommodation that I love and will visit again . We are always able to phone staff s d book specific room which is great

Cons:

I felt that cleanliness had taken a bit of a dip particularly in the bathroom area around skirtings and corners . Curtains in the bedroom were stained with the same blood mark as we had noticed the previous stay . The sauna was in need of a clean when you are sitting looking through the gaps it is very unclean . The steam room has been out of service on 4 out of 5 of our stay which disappointing . This is not a criticism and would not deter me returning as it is a great place however I could see how this would be very off putting for people .

Smart and clean rooms, good location and on site parking.

Cons:

Minor criticism, the sofa beds in our family suite were fine for our 3yr old, but they don’t actually make a flat bed (it’s literally a sofa where the back folds down so it has a dip in the centre where the hinge is), so probably wouldn’t be very comfortable for an older child or adult.
