The room set up was great. Price was great
The mattresses were a little too stiff
Not updated. Couches were ripped. Pillows were old. Asked for towels multiple times, never got any. Stayed 4 days and no cleaning or housekeeping.
I had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel; the property itself is very nice and the staff were welcoming. However, I experienced a very concerning security issue that I feel obligated to share.
Immediately after inserting my credit card into the hotel’s payment machine at check-in, I received a transaction notification for $100 at a Chevron gas station in Lakewood. I initially thought it was a delayed notification from a previous purchase, but I soon realized it was a fraudulent charge. What makes this even more certain is that I drive a Tesla, so there is absolutely no reason for me to have a $100 charge at a gas station.
It seems there may be a security compromise or a skimmer on the payment terminals. While I enjoyed the hotel stay, I highly recommend that future guests use touchless payment (Apple Pay/Google Pay) or monitor their statements closely. I have already initiated a fraud dispute with my bank.

Staff was accommodating, breakfast was good, room was clean, location convenient for Sea World, kids liked the chess and ping pong table, parking was easy
You can hear all the footsteps from the floor above you and around you, the jacuzzi could have been hotter because it was barely warmer than the heated pool
Clean and near everything in San Diego.
Everything was great, no complaints about this hotel.

The hotel was well situated in San Diego to navigate to the local sites. This was a last second book upon arriving to San Diego, and the hotel met expectations for our family of 4 with two young kids.

The staff was very nice and helpful
Beds and sofa were a little to hard so didn't get good sleep
No waffle machine , wobbly tables which bothered me .
Carpet in room was very stinky . Pillows lumpy . Sliding divider was difficult to close - possibly needs fixing . Front desk staff however was very nice and pleasant upon check in . Not enough disable parking spaces and I noticed a few cars parked in a red zone. Location was okay and probably really great for families wanting to go to the San Diego attractions .
