I will be staying there EVERY TRIP
Pros:

Property was beautiful.pool and jacuzzi was fun! Breakfast was amazing,lots of variety! There were games for our kids to play on the property. I am definitely going back

They really need to improve on their poor customer services skills and to be 100% satisfaction.
Pros:

Breakfast was included so that is plus. The indoor was nice and convenient. We liked that lots of places were closed by.

Cons:

Customer services were not at Par for Hilton Hotel standard - very poor housekeeping and customer service to guests who paid over $3800 for whole trip.

Pros:

Breakfast was hot and the staff always made sure there was enough for families. The variety of breakfast was good. Staff was always very friendly saying hello.

Cons:

Some travelers made such a mess for staff. I felt so bad for staff to clean up after those travelers.

Cockroaches and bad service. Left early.
Pros:

Needed a hotel and San Diego for 3 weeks, so I chose this Homewood suites for a little more space and amenities. I left after 1 week and went to another. First, the goods. The breakfast was great and despite always being busy, the staff keep up with replacing items as they need it. The pool is also nice, but there are never any towels and when you call and ask for more, they bring about 5 which are immediately gone. The housekeeping was terrible. Some days they wouldn’t come at all, despite calling and requesting service. When they did come, they would take linens and not replace them, leaving me to call for more, that never arrived. They would turn the AC up to 76 every time they serviced the room, which would take hours to cool down, and in my week there, they never once changed the bedsheets. Our room was fine, a 1 bedroom suite, but the couch had peeling pleather that made it impossible to sit on without getting pieces all over you. The water temperature was also extremely variable, changing between scalding and freezing without touching the handle, which is not ideal while showering a toddler. We also found 2 cockroaches in the room in our week stay. Overall, I was extremely disappointed for the price I paid for the room (over 300$ a night). Left early.

Terrible stay. Very unsatisfied
Cons:

Room was dirty and had live ants in the room in mutiple areas. Staff did not clean or bother to come clean the ants or roomafter multiple complaints. Did not bring extra supplies when asked and had to go down multiple times to get what was needed.

I won’t be staying here again
Pros:

Property had no electricity. When we arrived, when they gave us a room, the room was already occupied. We opened the door, and there was luggage and people in there. There was no complimentary water, we waited over 20 minutes to get a room to find out. It was occupied. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes to get another room. The floors were wet. We asked for towels, three times the same day and housekeeping. Staff was very rude. Our little yearly vacation was ruined So sad because I paid over $1200 for the room.

Cons:

Everything was off this time around. I was very unhappy staff, facility, service.

Friendly staff, great area to be in
Pros:

Clean and close to everything. Friendly staff

Cons:

The only thing about the room was one of the tv’s had some type of burn spots all over it. Might want to get that replaced. The systems were down when we got there and we couldn’t get into our room unless the bellhop came up every time, kind of an inconvenience when you’ve been traveling a long time with kids and you just want to rest.
