Bed was comfortable
Kettle lead was too short,
Breakfast was only a choice of cooked sandwiches
very friendly staff and helpful
Good parking
Quiet room
comfy bed
Warm
Very small shower room. Fridge in room would have been nice .
No food Sunday evening
The Mews hotel has a friendly bar, the food was very good and staff were enthusiastic and helpful. We had a short stay and enjoyed our time here.
We stayed one night so we probably were given the smallest room, it was adequate but small
It was easy to find and was very clean, warm and friendly
Nothing
Good location. Room was clean if rather small. Bathroom was spacious. Accommodation ok overall.
Staff were not very friendly on arrival, phoned ahead to request arriving a little later than estimated time due to concert in Leeds running late but they would not accommodate our request. Breakfast was really bad, no menu, just a limited choice between a sausage or bacon sandwich or scrambled egg. One cup of cheap coffee, restaurant was cold and staff started clearing tables whilst we were still eating
Check in was bad, just been given the key and direction to the room. No info given for wifi or what time breakfast etc is .
False Fire alarm gone off 5:30 am which disrupted the sleep. No one came out to check the head count, only a quick head out of window to tell us that "sorry its false Fire alarm".
Staff served the breakfast was very polite.
Overall hotel room was clean and tidy and have all basic needs you would ask for if on a business travel.
Breakfast was good and the staff even remembered the next day which I find a lovely touch as they have taken the time out for dietary needs
Couldnt fault it
Clean, friendly, good atmosphere
Could hear the bar below but wasn’t a big issue
I arrived at the hotel at 8:40 and tried to get an evening meal but was advised they had stopped serving. Very annoying after a long day and no mention when I checked in.
All quality of service and standard of food and comfort
Not applicable… as was perfect
Location was great for commuters. Nice pub with a good atmosphere.
Was excited to come to a decent pub and have a nice cask but was no osset beers on which was abit disappointing.
Cosy warm room. Food was excellent.
It's local for me to visit my family, staff are great and the stay is handy for me
Nothing I didn't like
Great service good food and friendly chatty staff
