We began our 3.5 week journey to the Pacific Northwest here and plan to return later this month
Pros:

The rustic charm of the Heathman and a quiet corner of Vancouver. The meals in the in house Hudson Restaurant, espcially the breakfast.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. In room coffee service, microwave and refrigerator were very convenient and clean.

Cons:

The sink in the toilet/shower room was filthy-toothpaste and hair all over with spit stains on the faucet. It made us wonder if the toilet and shower were cleaned. Very uncomfortable feeling. We were extremely busy on this trip, so I didn't bother to have someone up to clean it. We just used the outside vanity sink which was clean.
Also, the parking lot was blocked off and being worked on, making us park in the street-very inconvenient. The signage to the entrance was very confusing, sending us to sliding doors that were blocked off. We had to wander around with our luggage to find the entrance.

Staff is always friendly and for the most part my room is always clean.

Cons:

Only issue I had was the toilet was broken. Handle was loose and it ran constantly.

Great Place to stay
Pros:

The room was spacious and VERY CLEAN. The overall look of the hotel was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good, and enjoyed sitting outside for dinner.

Cons:

Restaurant service was slow. Bar service was good. Also, needs to be better signage on where to go to be seated if you want the hostess to seat you.

It is like a country lodge with great staff taking care of your every need.
Pros:

The free hot chocolate and teas were delicious. Room temp was perfect. The beds were comfortable. Room was set up nice.

Cons:

Parking is tough and the area to pull into unload was closed off.
