I loved my room. I didn't get to see the pool/hot tub area but I think I'll venture back soon
I loved the atmosphere and the decor, the food was delicious and the room was excellent. Unfortunately the receptionist in the morning was less than welcoming attitude. I felt like a nuisance asking if they only had black coffee, she replied "yes" but than another customer after me ordered a vanilla and I was confused? I just ended up using the creamers so not a big deal but I think I'll bring my own going fourth.
Space and privacy. We liked seeing the dogs and using the pool. Housekeepers were awesome.
Blankets on bed could be more plush. a comforter would have been nice.
Pool could have been warmer.

the door of the room did not close automatically, no extra blanket available in the room (i don't like to have the heater on while sleeping)
Historical NW charm, very efficient and friendly staff, morning coffee served by request, great seating (hang out) areas.
Hallway noise, squeeze tube for soap etc weren’t the best but towels were very nice.
Restaurant, bib bathroom, service. Price.
Multiple outlets did not work in bathroom and kitchenette. Stay here 2-3 times a year. First time this has happened.

For the price you pay, there was no breakfast available.
Location was terrific only 5 minutes from our sons house. The desk clerk was wonderful when we arrived on a Thursday. She was very pleasant and reserved a room for our stay on Sunday and Monday. The room was a shorter walking distance.
We had to wait over an hour for an early checkin. I do believe the room was ready but this desk clerk was not very friendly.
