Great Lodge Experience!
Pros:

Lovely wooded parkland which gave lovely views from the room. The lodge is consistently themed as a log cabin feel with bird song playing in the hallways which gives a fun, almost Disney vibe (in a positive way), the junior suite was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and enormous and the restaurant and staff were all consistently helpful, nice and the food and drinks were good!

Cons:

I’m not really a country log cabin vibe person so it’s not my personal decor choice but they did such a nice job that it was great. The hotel is not modern in any way so if you are looking for modern elegance look elsewhere. If you are looking for a fun, country lodge vibe experience that makes you feel like you are staying at Disneyland with great staff and customer service, go to the Heathman Lodge!

Nice lodge near Vancouver Mall
Pros:

Location is everything. Close to dining and shops. Restaurant in lodge was a nice experience. Room was nice and clean. Chirping birds were cute.

Cons:

Elevator was out of service in afternoon of one day we were there. Should of been some type of signage to show way to other Elevator. Had to negotiate way downstairs with bad knees. Would be nice if lodge offered some kind of pastry with their coffee bar.

Nice place, nice staff, would have liked more thorough cleaning prior to arrival.

Great atmosphere, location, easy to find, and friendly staff.

Found some things obviously left by the people who previously stayed in the room; made me question how thoroughly it had been cleaned.

Overall great, will stay again when in town
Pros:

I loved the atmosphere and accomodations ,very relaxing. And the pool/hot tub area.

Cons:

The dining staff is usually pretty rude.theres an older gal waitress that isn't that kind and the bar tender whose blonde with curly hair. I've been here on a few occasions and all times I've noticed they're not very friendly.

Hidden Gem. A must stay.
Pros:

Loved the decor, very tranquil and serene. Unexpected, bath towels were huge and luxurious.

Pros:

I love Heathman Lodge. There's a pretty good restaurant right there on the premises. I love the décor of a mountain lodge. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice.\n The beds are very comfortable and they have a wonderful swimming pool, very large spa Jacuzzi spa. End of workout rooms and a business center. It's one of my favorite hotels and I travel a lot.

Perfect little cabinesque getaway
Pros:

I loved the ambiance with the burd sounds in the hallway. The rooms were very clean and the little Koi pond outside the front entrance was divine!
