Public parking is available on Redan Place off Queensway High Street, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There are also parking bays outside the hotel (subject to availability), with different rates for different vehicles. Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 hours and is free between 6:30 pm and 8:30 am.

It was an alright stay
Pros:

It was a clean and tidy room and very modern

Cons:

Holes in room wall, hairdryer blew up on me on the first day and we were told someone would come fix it no one’s appeared and we can to go down to ask.

Wenn man nach einem schönen Standard sucht, ist man an der falschen Adresse. Auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne wert wie angegeben
Pros:

Leider hat uns ausser der zentralen Lage, nichts gefallen. Der Eingangsbereich ist dunkel, mit einem uralten, schmuddeligem Teppich. Der Geruch war sehr stark und es war im Allgemeinen keine schöne Unterkunft.

Wir waren von dem Personal positiv überrascht. Er hat unsere Buchung kostenlos storniert und das Geld zurück erstattet.

Cons:

El baño un cuchitril, el grifo sucio y con marcas incrustadas. Pequeño, con la ducha con moho en las juntas y falta de limpieza total en la zona superior. La esquina del plato de ducha sucio. Falta de limpieza en fontanería con olor fuerte a desagüe. Espejo carcomido por los bordes
Y por último cortaron el agua el último día sin dar explicaciones ni soluciones.

Lo mejor del hotel era la ubicación

Cons:

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas deja bastante que desear, las paredes estaban sucias y el colchón estaba hundido, eso sí, las almohadas eran firmes, lo cual se agradece. El baño aunque era pequeño, estaba bien. Dudo mucho que vuelva a elegir este hotel.
