Public parking is available on Redan Place off Queensway High Street, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There are also parking bays outside the hotel (subject to availability), with different rates for different vehicles. Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 hours and is free between 6:30 pm and 8:30 am.

Pros:

Literie confortable, très bon emplacement, très bon accueil, bouteilles d'eau et café/thé gratuits dans la chambre.

Cons:

Chambre un peu vieillotte et moyennement propre, carte de la chambre qui se déchargeait régulierement (on ne pouvait plus entrer dans notre chambre) ascenseur qui ne fonctionnait pas (au 4eme étage, pas top), personnel qui ne parle pas un mot de français (pour un 4 * c'est un peu limite même s'ils sont très accueillants)

The location is superb, only 5 mins to Bayswater station (1 station from Paddington) and at a good neighborhood. The room is clean and comfortable with air-con! There are many cafes/bars/restaurants nearby and some supermarkets!

Nice location, services - room for improvement
Pros:

The location was great, right next to Hyde park, making it a nice walk to Buckingam Palace.
Tube and bus stations are also 5-10 minutes walking distance. It was also quiet, which is nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was english breakfast every day and much else. Not many options for vegetarians. We had a junior suite, with a bad couch to sleep on. Shower cabin was very small. Cleaning can improve too and staff can be more friendly.

Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein ansonsten okay

Wir haben definitiv nicht das Zimmer bekommen das wir gebucht haben. Es war unfassbar klein, kein Koffer hatte in dem Zimmer neben dem Bett Platz. Wir haben 12 qm gebucht, und ein 8qm Zimmer mit kleinem Bett erhalten.

Pros:

Le calme et la proximité des transports pour visiter Londres. Le petit déjeuner correct. La propreté des lieux en général.

Cons:

Nous avions la chambre junior (101) avec un canapé lit pas confortable, une fenêtre qui donne sur une petite cour avec des pigeons qui vous réveillent dès 6h30, ainsi que rebord et vitres plein de crottes. Dommage !!!
