I really liked the hotel's convenient location, with excellent transport connections to central London and plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Despite that, the area is generally very quiet. The only exception was one morning when tree branches were being cut in the nearby park.
The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always willing to accommodate guests' needs.
The Wi-Fi in my room had no internet access throughout my entire stay. Every day I asked the reception staff to resolve the issue. They were understanding and polite, but I was never able to use the internet in my room. Despite my written messages to the hotel, nothing changed.
It was only on the second-to-last day of my stay that a receptionist informed me there was nothing they could do about the problem. Booking.com was also informed and contacted the hotel on my behalf, but the hotel was unwilling to reach an agreement or offer a solution. As a result, I had no internet access in my room for the duration of my stay.
In addition, the advertised breakfast was nowhere to be found.
This was also the first time I truly experienced what "low water pressure" in a hotel means. Before staying here, I never understood why some guests mentioned it in their reviews. Now I do. The water pressure was so low that taking a normal shower was difficult, and I now understand how important adequate water pressure is for a comfortable stay.

La zona super tranquila pero al lado de Hyde park, bien comunicada tanto en Subway como en bus y supongo que también con national rail puesto que esta relativamente cerca de paddington pero no puedo juzgarlo porque no lo utilicé.
La habitación se encontraba en la planta -1, por lo que no había vistas a la calle :(. Hacía mucho calor y el ventilador estaba lleno de lo que yo esperaba que fuese polvo.

The hotel is in a great location, and we easily walked to different sites, plus two tube stops close by. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants, if a little pricey. The building was in a good state of repair, and backing on to a pretty garden was a bonus. The staff are efficient and extremely helpful. The beds were comfortable and the towels were new and fluffy. The fan in the bedroom was a nice gesture but a bit useless when instructed to keep the window closed.
Couple minor things, both shower heads seemed to be missing washers so the water came out of the back of the attachment. The beds could do with rubber tape stuck to the feet to stop them sliding on the floor.
Windows must be openable in 28 degree weather!
For a bonus, an accessible HDMI port on the TV would allow guest to attach there own device to watch their usual service such as Netflix.
The room we had was very small, we booked a twin, but the beds were touching and one of us only really had access from the end of the bed. Similarly, we nicknamed the bathroom 'the cupboard'. The room would be difficult to navigate for anyone less agile.
