Patinás szálloda patinás, csendes környéken, kiváló elhelyezkedéssel, 2 metróállomás (Bayswater, Queensway) közelében, séta távolságra a Hyde Parktól és a Notting Hilltől. A környéken több kis üzlet, étterem található.
A személyzet segítőkész, figyelmes.
A szoba felújított volt, padló, ágynemű, törölköző tiszta.

Cons:

A szobában a felületek nem voltak letakarítva, a tükrök, szekrények, kapcsolók porosak, ujjlenyomatosak voltak.
A berendezés minimális, nem volt mire lepakolni a bőröndöt, ruhákat. A pici gardróbszekrénybe csak lapjával fértek be a kabátok. Pedig lenne hely egy poggyásztartó állványnak és egy italhűtőnek is.
A falak vékonyak, minden zaj áthallatszik a szomszédból.
A poggyászmegőrző szobát nem takarítják, tele volt szeméttel, piszkos, foltos polcokkal.

Descanso suficiente en Londres

Estaba muy bien ubicado. Cerca de Kensington Gardens y Hyde Park. A poco más de 5 minutos andando de las paradas BaysWater y Queensway

Cons:

No diría que es un hotel anticuado, pero quizás sí que le falta un poco de inversión para garantizar comodidad. Las camas dobles a mi gusto eran pequeñas y dificultaban el descanso. En el baño aún seguían teniendo cortinas de ducha las cuales estaban algo sucias y la alcachofa o barra de las cortinas estaban bastante oxidadas y aunque cumplen su función dan un mal aspecto
