Great location close to everything and great value!
Pros:

great value, fantastic view from the terrace able to see the buildings in Centro, place was clean and tidy, close to all the local attractions and bars/restaurants. one of the local language exchange programs Guadalajara Connect took place few blocks away which was great for anyone that wants to do that.

Great location and great value
Pros:

great location, accessible to many local bars and restaurants as well as local attractions. lot of great cafes in the area, great value for sure. property was clean and tidy, staff was very helpful and responsive, maintenance lady Silvia was very helpful and very nice.

Pros:

LOFT D: Un sólo nivel, buena iluminación, amplio, cama matrimonial confortable, cocina, cafetera, escritorio, sofá. Champú y jabón corporal de buena calidad y olor sabroso. Dos cervezas de cortesía.
Muy buena atención de la señora que limpia.
Ubicación a dos cuadras del MUSA y 500 m de la avenida Chapultepec.

Cons:

No había agua para beber.
Considerar que está ubicado en un segundo piso y hay que subir escaleras.

Muy buena opción calidad-precio
Pros:

LOFT C. Muy buena ubicación a dos cuadras del MUSA y del templo Expiatorio; a 500 m de la avenida Chapultepec. Es un apartamento entero con terraza, cocina, microondas, servibar, amplio y confortable, ubicado en el segundo piso del edificio. La cama matrimonial de buen colchón está ubicada en un tapanco al que se sube por una escalera de caracol, y da acceso a la terraza; ventanales. En la sala, planta baja del depto., hay un sofá que puede hacerse cama hasta para dos personas. Champú y jabón corporal de buena calidad. Dos cervezas de cortesía. Incluye desayuno (chilaquiles sabrosos o sándwich, café o jugo, fruta). La amabilidad de la señora encargada de la limpieza.

Cons:

Tener en cuenta escaleras para subir al segundo piso del edificio, y una vez dentro, escalera de caracol para acceder a la recámara. No había agua potable.

Pros:

Stayed in apart B which was fantastic! Prime location, and the service was great - everything you need to feel taken care of. Very much looking forward to returning.

Feedback: the shower water pressure become non existent for a few nights or warm water disappeared mid shower. Hence the 4 stars.

pésimo servicio y falta de mantenimiento
Pros:

Solo la ubicación, podría ser un lugar cómodo si le dieran mantenimiento al cuarto, si pasaran a limpiar aunque fuera una vez y si estuvieran pendientes de los mensajes y cumplieran con lo que ofrecen.

Cons:

Fue imposible dormir con la ventana que temblaba con cualquier movimiento, viento, inclusive sola, no dejó de sonar todo el día y noche, la ventana que está junto a la cama. Le falta mantenimiento en general, es cuestión solo de soldarla. Nos molestó mucho también la mala comunicación, no contestaron muchas cosas, nunca pasaron a limpiar el cuarto a pesar de que pedimos que lo hicieran, había un letrero diciendo que nos regalaban cervezas pero el refri estaba vacío, el desayuno estaba incluido pero estuvo cerrado el lugar de desayuno el domingo sin previo aviso (ni respuesta cuándo preguntamos qué pasaba. Pésimo servicio.

Pros:

Another amazing experience with Barrio Mexico. They are so communicative and adaptable with changes. Not to mention how exquisite the accommodations are. Get the loft with the private patio, you won’t regret it

Good location, roof top terrace.

Cons:

I messaged the management the day before my arrival, but still had to call them to get entry code.

Small kitchen with dim lighting.

Spiral narrow stairs poses safety issue.

Bedroom upstairs, bathroom downstairs give your inconvenience.
