Hotel Le Ballu

Room, hotel lobby and dining area are extremely nice. Attractions are walkable and local transportation is close. The staff were always helpful.

The area around the hotel is quite nice. The room was extremely small. There was literally no space to open up a luggage. Also, the staff did not offer any help to take the luggage to our room, while there was an extra set of stairs for us to get to our room and there was no ramp.

Staff at front desk weee awesome. Nice location. Nice room. Convenient restaurant and bar. Pool and sauna.

Excellent food and location, but small rooms, only to be expected in a boutique hotel. Would happily book again.

Not a 5 star hotel, not the facilities nor the service.

This is a beautiful hotel on a pretty, quiet street in an interesting area of Paris. Everyone was very nice and we quire enjoyed our stay. Our room was reasonably large by European standards, and quite well appointed. The courtyard bar/restaurant is very attractive and a wonderful place to have a glass of wine or a nice desert. Great value.

The hotel claims to be a five star property. Unfortunately, it is a three star property. The rooms are small, the lobby is small, and the amenities are mediocre. However, the staff was wonderful! Please see the pictures below and you’ll understand why this is a three star property.

The deluxe room was really nice, spacious. The AC was good as well. There is a kettle, tea bads and large mugs, which is rare, and appreciated. Only 4 stars because you can't use the pool and sauna unless you reserve, and there is no availability on the same day. If you don't want to plan you Paris stay around the hotel's pool schedule, you are unlikely to be able to use it

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a good location, close to Montmartre and the train station. The food at the restaurant was good. However, it is a little pricey. I will recommend this place when going to Paris

Our stay at Hotel Le Ballu was truly outstanding, and we cannot recommend it highly enough!
First and foremost, the location is absolutely amazing, perfectly situated for exploring Paris.
What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the incredible staff. Tomas, the Front Desk Manager, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He consistently went above and beyond to assist us with everything, always with a genuine smile on his face. His dedication made a huge difference to our trip.
In the restaurant, Abdullah was equally great, providing truly fantastic customer service. He was attentive, friendly, and made our dining experiences a pleasure.
Even at 3 AM during checkout, Sam's helpful nature was simply amazing. It's rare to find such cheerful and efficient service at that hour, and it made our early departure seamless.
Beyond the wonderful staff, we also loved the overall ambiance and, of course, their cappuccino is amazing!
We genuinely loved the location, the entire staff, and every aspect of our stay. We would come back again in a heartbeat!

Staff was amazing - they dove in and helped us with transportation, without them, we’d miss our connecting trains to Aix-en-Provence. The complimentary spa and restaurant was lovely too!

Very cute boutique hotel. Food and staff GREAT!

Quiet, great location, amazingly comfortable bed, little kitchenette and pool was a plus. Room was a little small for me as I needed a desk to work, and I had to put my suitcase on the luggage rack in the bathroom to access it. Small is expected in Paris, and I got a good rate so I didn't complain. The pool is heated to a perfect temperature, its about 5 feet deep so you can swim or run the length and has jets for your back after a long day walking, and the sauna is perfect. You can use for 45 minutes a day as a guest, no extra charge. Next time I would reserve a larger room, but I would definitely return to this very beautiful and well serviced hotel in a great location with a pool!
