Emplacement à double tranchant, proximité immédiate mais bruit du métro
Pros:

Emplacement proche de Nishi Nippori et à 8mn à pied de Nippori, ce qui est très proche de l'aéroport de Narita via le Skyliner.
Les chambres sont grandes et la taille de l'entrée est appréciable pour faire ses valises.
Les espaces sont propres et fonctionnels.
L'hôtel propose des amenities gratuites (dont des boules Quies), et du café et des glaces gratuites.

Cons:

Nous avions la Chambre Double Deluxe non-fumeurs au 3e étage.
Quand nous allumions la climatisation, il y avait une odeur de cigarette dérangeante.
De plus, l'hôtel donne directement sur les rails aériennes du métro. On entend donc TOUS les passages de train, même si notre chambre était l'une des plus loin du train. Les bruits ne s'arrêtent qu'entre 0h30 et 5h30 du matin.

Pros:

Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und höflich, die Lage ist sehr gut direkt an der Yamanote Line und die Zimmer sind für Tokyo Verhältnisse groß und gemütlich.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße was nicht schlimm ist aber wir konnten die Fenster nicht richtig abdunkeln und daher war es immer sehr hell im Zimmer

Good location, clean room, coin washing machine available and value for the money for family trip.
Pros:

Lokasi hotel cukup central, dalam radius 200 meter dapat mencapai MRT Statiun, minimart dan pilihan banyak restaurant. Luas kamar hotel yang cukup besar untuk ukuran hotel di tokyo.

Cons:

Karena dekat dengan jalur MRT, suara kereta MRT yg lewat terdengar cukup jelas di dalam kamar, jadi kalau anda tipe yang butuh kesunyian untuk tidur maka tempat ini tidak cocok.
