I love it! Would definitely book again once I come back to Tokyo.
Pros:

I super love the location! Just 2-3 mins walk to Nishi-Nippori station so we were able to visit a lot of Tokyo places w/o any difficulty. There's a convenient store just a min away (closes until 12am). A lot of restos around. The room is clean, really love the comfy bed and everything about the comfort room. They also give complimentary bread and unli coffee & ice cream everyday. There's a common laundromat you can use, you can borrow flat iron even the nail clippers. Overall the stay was superb!

Cons:

Nothing actually. Before I book this, I saw a lot of comments that the noise from the trains is very uncomfortable but during our stay, we didnt have any problema with it. We slept comfortably, they give ear plugs included in the amenities section so it may help

Great place to stay!!!!!!
Pros:

We loved our stay! The care for the guests was extraordinary, they were very attentive, even some staff members who had difficulty speaking English were always very friendly and tried to help in every way possible. Free ice cream and croissants were provided. I would definitely stay there again!!!

Pros:

If I could rate this any higher I would - the staff here, incredible. So much so that after some issues with other hotels I decided to cancel and come back to this hotel as the staff made me feel so safe and thought about.

Hotel is perfect for what it is, it’s in a great location. But the staff 20/10.

Cons:

We wanted to checkin at 2:40 (while official check-in time is 3pm). They told us we could do early check-in at an extra cost. For 20 mins!! I would’ve understood it if they told us it’s not possible as the room was not ready yet but asking for “early” checkin fee when your guests arrive 20 mins before is a bit funny.

Lovely stay if you're heading out of Tokyo
Pros:

We chose this hotel as our trip was coming to an end to be close the Narita Express train. The location is great, lots of local izakayas around not to mention your Ueno park close by.

Cons:

The room smelt a bit damp and the train passed right next to the hotel, so just be aware of that.
