Pros:

飯店員工很親切，都會說中文，房間空間很大，離西日暮里車站很近，房間會聽到電車經過的聲音，但飯店有附耳塞，所以沒問題的。

Pros:

飯店櫃檯很多會講中文的員工，而且都很親切
櫃檯旁還有免費冰棒可以吃
這次入住還有被升等，房間超大
浴室的蓮蓬頭居然是Refa，有在高級

Cons:

離JR真的太近了，晚上終電之前跟早上始發之後會一直被火車吵.....希望隔音至少再做好一點....

Great stay near Yamanote with exceptional reception staff
Pros:

There was almost always someone at the reception. At least one receptionist was multilingual (heard him speak English, Japanese, Chinese and Korean).
They were extremely helpful with things like luggage weighing, parcels, and one time my companion left his suica in the lobby accidentally and the receptionist noticed later and returned it to us.
Front lobby had all toiletry necessities, coffee machine and icecream fridge.
Location was great too, being near Nishinippori on the yamanote line.

Cons:

The water in the shower could fluctuate in temperature a bit, and the TV wasn't amazing, but I do think it was expected of how much we paid for the stay.

Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal ! Ligne de bus, deux ligne de métro juste devant accès handicapés pour les deux ligne seven eleven devant pour les course personnel très gentille la machine à café gratuite devant avec les glace c’est pas grand chose mais sa reste agréable ! Les chambre son de bonne taille nous étions 3 avec 2 grosse valise et 3 sac et une poussette on se marcher pas dessus non plus.

Cons:

Alors que dire notre frigidaire ne marcher pas, nous avons dû réclamer un coup d’aspirateur qui n’avais pas étais fait pendant 3/4 jours et que la fenêtre ne s’ouvre pas et on a du mal à régler la chaleur dans la chambres c’est pénible.

Pack fairly light and your stay will be great.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel had a very clean and quiet atmosphere and complementary items for guests as well. The amenities were very accessible since we were already on the second floor. The hotel is also in a solid position, right next the Nippori-Nishi station.

Cons:

The rooms are a little small if you have a ton of luggage, so pack light if you’re going to stay a couple nights. I’m not saying it’s impossible, but it will feel like an inconvenience.

Pros:

Great location and staff. Recommended for families!
Pros:

The room was excellent and a great size for a traveling family. There were many amenities and toys for kids to borrow. It's also near the metro and yamanote line. There's a MyBasket nearby for groceries and convenience stores open 24/7.

Cons:

Since it was close to the train lines, you could definitely hear the trains passing by every few minutes. But it wasn't too loud or distracting.

Great location for exploring by train!
Pros:

Location was amazing right next to Nishi Nippori station. Could hear trains, but wasn't too loud. Felt spacious compared to other hotels.

Cons:

Futon mattress on tatami mats were pretty hard - but manageable. Laundry machines required multiple dry cycles and ultimately hung some items in room to finish drying.
