Everything about this hotel was spot on! The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Coeur D'Alene!
Everything was fabulous!
Location to the freeway and down town area.
Staff is friendly and helpful!
They could use some help with there breakfast I've stayed at many la Quintana's there usually pretty good . This one just lacking I think care of presentation.
Staff, location, cleanliness all were great. The hotel can use an update. The breakfast was hit and miss. Some parts were fine others were dry.
The breakfast was hit and miss. It's difficult to keep food warm w/out drying out. And it's hard to keep a selection of food available.
The rooms were comfortable and most of the staff were great. The breakfast was very crowded the first three mornings of our trip, to the point we left to go out to eat. There is not enough room or enough food for everyone who wanted breakfast. The man working the breakfast area was fantastic but had way too many guests to keep up with. He was hustling the whole time. Also note that they only have feather pillows. If you have an allergy to feathers, they are not accommodating. I travel quite a bit and have never been to a hotel that has ONLY feather pillows. I was told that people with allergies always bring their own. This is not always possible.
The staff was excellent! Location very good. Weird acces to the hotel through parkinglots from other establishments. The pool and hot tub are 24 hours!
There were weird stains on the wall above the mirrored doors, the chair by the desk had a broken back. The breakfast was low average. The man tending the breakfast was extremely kind though.
Clean rooms, fairly quiet, really nice staff. Breakfast was just average fare but ok. Aaron in the breakfast area was attentive, sweeping, cleaning and filling items. Nice job. And we ran i to Troy several times, cleaning fitness area, organizing luggage racks, in the elevator..very nice and friendly. Could tell he likes his job and does it well. Overall good stay.
Location. Need to get the property next door sold/leased and operating again. Not in your control but it’s an eye sore in CDA right next door.
Cleaning lady was super nice when we asked for a extra garbage bag for our room.!
Plastic Toilet set cover broken..kept falling off
Thermostat was broken..didnt work
Window broken/ wouldn't open
Tv ...we had to reprogram the remote to be able to watch the TV.
And smells bad
Fronr desk said No rooms to be moved to so had to stay in room for 3 days like that.
Great staff, clean facility
Getting to the location silucks
Een grote kamer, goede bedden en schoon. En een prima zwembad en hotpool

I recommend this here hotel, eh?!
Everything was clean, efficient and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The only thing they didn't have was bottled water.
They ran out of bottled water, I suppose through no fault of their own.
