Pros:

Family room was perfect for my family of 5. 1 queen and 3 singles meant my children didn’t have to share and everyone had enough space.

Cons:

It was quite loud. I could hear neighbouring rooms slamming doors in the kitchenette etc all night. The bathroom door handle was also broken.

3 out of 5 stars for our stay.
Pros:

The room size was large, had a small kitchenette, 2 good size windows, lounge and lounge chair. The location is right across the road from Museum station. Light breakfast items included, juice, fruit cups, bread, milk, jams and butter which were in the room.

Cons:

Have stayed here before and the room wasn't as clean as my previous stay. Also, the bathroom wasn't stocked properly with toilet paper. The TV didnt work and we had to leave the room for a while so it could be reset/fixed. The bed was very firm. Tv also stopped working again later the next day and we had to reset it. Overall problems were minor but annoying.

Pros:

Room was spacious,clean and fresh. Very comfortable and very well equipped. View from balcony was great. Staff very helpful and very professional. Had a great stay. Will certainly recommend to friends.

Can give no negative feedback. Loved it.

Overall it was good beds were comfy staff were very nice it was really convenient for our stay but be prepared the break

I just thought it was a little tired but was ok and I didn’t really think much of the so called continental breakfast so didn’t really eat it apart from some of the what I’d call dry bread

Pros:

Safe underground parking for free. We got upgraded to a bigger room with balcony for free. Very close to everything. Right in the city. Train station, shops, restaurants in short walking distance. Staff was polite and professional from the moment we arrived. Perfect hotel. I will stay here regularly from now on.
