The service was incredible. The staff was very kind and we felt unique. The choice of foods was amazing, refined and tasty. The room was ultra comfortable. Overall ultra luxury experience. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Amazing ski-in/ ski-out resort with great facilities - spa, pool, sauna, onsen ans uperb services. Staff went above and beyond to help and made sure our ski, taxi and resaurant reservations were properly handled. Restaurants in the resort were amazing, specially the Chinese one.

The whole resort setup is very nice and a lot more luxurious than the other three Niseko resorts.
I am still waiting for the refund of a mistaken booking in January. Park Hyatt has apparently already paid this to Booking.com a month ago, and Booking.com is still sitting on it!!!

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The staff were outstanding warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. The room was beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, and the dining options were excellent with great variety. The ski-in/ski-out location made it an ideal place to ski and fully enjoy Niseko.
