Pros:

The whole resort setup is very nice and a lot more luxurious than the other three Niseko resorts.

Cons:

I am still waiting for the refund of a mistaken booking in January. Park Hyatt has apparently already paid this to Booking.com a month ago, and Booking.com is still sitting on it!!!

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The staff were outstanding warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. The room was beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, and the dining options were excellent with great variety. The ski-in/ski-out location made it an ideal place to ski and fully enjoy Niseko.

Park Hyatt Niseko, Great to be back!

Checked in by Emma with warm smile. Everything feels so familiar given it’s our 3rd stay. Despite multiple visits, our family still wow’ed at the view looking out the window at reception areas while having welcome drinks. We stayed at two twin beds room this time and was happy to change our room on 4th/5th night to Mountain View room (our previous stay as a globalist, regardless of Suite or Standard room, always faced the parking lot hence was a bit disappointing).

Clearly we felt the property gets more crowded than previous years. From response time for room request to queueing time for breakfast, we told ourselves to be more patient. Onsen area sometimes got crowded too but staff managed to maintain it nice and neat. The ski valet service was good and improved further this time. Several times our family came back from a long day and ski valet staff stepped out / walked towards us to help us take equipment and helped kids take off boots.

We were in Hokkaido for 2 weeks staying at various places and PH Niseko staff / guests ratio is by far the best during our trip, despite was even better previously.

On top of great breakfast selection, we also visited several restaurants and the Shabu-Shabu at the Mountain Lounge is good.

Past few years we saw Xmas and New Year fireworks and they were rather short. This year the Saturday fireworks (not Xmas yet) has improved in terms of length and variety.

NISS school is another highlight for family with kids. The teachers are patient with kids.

Another year, another great experience.
Pros:

This is our second year in a row visiting this property. We love it because it does a great job executing all the vital things about a destination resort: fun activities like skiing , delicious food, and relaxing spa experience like the onsen.

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono truly lives up to its status!
Pros:

From the starts of my stays till i check out, the customer service provided by the resort was truly impressive and attentive. They response to my request / queries with their best effort. One of the good things that i like is, there will always be a staff or two standing by at the lobby to attend to any question or help out whenever you need so. The rest of the restaurant staff were also very attentive, helpful and nice to the kids. As for the ski valet service, they are very helpful whenever i've come back from skiing activities. They even help to take off my kids tight ski boots and offer him a hot chocolate drinks.

For the price that i've paid for my room, it was worth it because it very big and easily accomodate the 4 of us with no issue. (2 adults and 2 kids) The sofa bed can be converted into a queen size bed with ease. The room is very clean when i check in. Another thing to highlight during my stays in the room, i've experience a 5.5 magnitude earthquake (Based on Japanese siesmic scale as i was informed taht day) the room still stays very safe, there's only one things that needs to be check is the pendant dinning light that might swing a lot and cause the glass cover for the lamp to be off from its intended position when the quakes hits. Overall, I'm pretty confident that the hotel can withstand such an earthquake, it's very safe to say the least.

During my check out day, i've ordered a Toyota Alphard but instead i got a bit of a smaller car which is Toyota Voxy, so it's sort of like cramp at the back seat with my family. Upon investigation by the transportation team, it was apparently the 3rd party company that provided the wrong car / mix-up. So Park Hyatt Niseko transportation team immediately email me to appologize and refund me partially, which for me is very impressive with the fast response and action taken by the transportation team. (I thought my stays would end up in a bad taste of service but Park Hyatt manage to make it up for me).

Overall, Park Hyatt Niseko team have done a great jobs and leaving me with a very impressive / positives experiences during my stays. Thumbs up to all the team!
