The staff are highly professional but at the same time naturally accommodating. The room was spotless and i particularly liked the layout which was efficient but kept the class very much at par with the park hyatt brand. I now have a new 5 star resort hotel fave. Will come back with the kids
Our stay at **Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono** exceeded all of our expectations. The facilities are outstanding, the customer service is exceptional, and the breakfast buffet offers an incredible variety of delicious, high-quality food.
We booked a **river rafting** adventure through Hanazono, and it was an amazing experience for our whole family. The guides were professional, friendly, and made the trip both exciting and safe.
One of the highlights of our stay was the **outdoor BBQ at The Lounge**. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was beautiful, and it was truly one of the best dining experiences we've had.
We highly recommend Park Hyatt Niseko to families with kids. There are so many fun summer activities to enjoy, making it the perfect destination for a family vacation. We can't wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a 4.75/5 point review*
Our stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono was an incredible introduction to Hokkaido hospitality.
Our suite struck a beautiful balance of comfort and refined Japanese aesthetics, making it easy to settle in after several days of traveling around Hokkaido.
Director of Rooms J. Hwang greeted us personally at check-in, setting a warm tone for the entire stay, and followed up on our second day with a beautifully packaged box of macarons and a handwritten note congratulating us on our anniversary — a small gesture that made a big impression.
General Manager P. Wright went even further, leaving us a handwritten welcome note along with a welcome amenity of food and drink that included two tickets to the resort's gondola. We used them for the nighttime ride, which wound past a beautiful illuminated light art installation scattered across the grounds — one of the true highlights of the trip.
Dinner at the on-site restaurant hit a minor rough patch when our food took longer than expected to arrive. Assistant Manager F. Mitarai and our server handled it with real accountability, offering complimentary food and drink items without us having to ask. Food and Beverage Manager G. Pandey even sought us out the following morning at breakfast to personally explain what happened — a large group had been dining concurrently the night before, creating unexpected challenge in the kitchen. That level of follow-through said a lot about the culture at this property.
Breakfast itself was excellent every morning — fresh, beautifully prepared, and a great way to start the day. Many local Hokkaido ingredients were prominently featured in various forms - as part of a dish's recipe or standalone such as melon and milk.
As Hyatt Globalists, we've come to expect a high standard of service from Park Hyatt properties, and this stay lived up to it. Between the personal touches from leadership, the stunning mountain setting, and a team that treats a hiccup as a chance to make things right, Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono delivered a truly memorable stay.
*Rated 4.75 stars for the overall experience — shown here as 4 due to TripAdvisor's whole-point system, with the 1/4 point reflecting the one service delay at dinner, which was ultimately handled exceptionally well.
Excellent onsen ensuite. Beautiful facilities. We stayed at a two bedroom suite and loved it.
Actually the one of the on site Japanese concierge on the residence side misled us twice(!) about the booking process about a restaurant in Otaru. We were told that it was walk-in and even asked them to double check the hours but when we got there (after hiring a private taxi to travel for an hour), the restaurant told us that they only take customers by reservation. The concierge also told us mixed pricing for booking a taxi. The same concierge also told us a different price for hiring a taxi, which was a lot more than what her colleague told us, because they did not communicate properly internally. She did not apologize once for her mistake. The facilities are excellent but the concierge team needs proper training.
bad hygiene , low quality of service , with unknown hair stick on the toilet bowl , bedside light is out of order , couldn't switch off whole day , cannot sleep well
Property was amazing!! And the views were lovely too.
Nothing
Be caution about three thins when you plan your trip during non-skiing seasons :
1. In-hotel restaurants needs a reservation (for us , we tried to book a month in advance, still only get one late night slot) , you may seriously consider to have a rental car. The restaurant and market in the nearby town are good
2. May be nearly half of the room have a view of a parking lot ( and unpaved). So lower your expectations about the hotel view
3. Be aware of different taxes ( specially local tax that will not on your booking summary if through Hyatt app or Amex FHR)
Not all Park Hyatts are the same, and having stayed at two separate Park Hyatts within a month's time, the difference was very apparent. This Park Hyatt at Niseko is a superb property by any measure, and you really feel like you're at a luxury resort here. The attention to detail is superb, the facilities are very well maintained, and the breakfast buffet was hands down, the best I have ever had. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.
This hotel is truly stunning. The staff and service has excelled all other experiences! Highly recommend their breakfast buffet. It was our favorite meals of the trip!
Very well designed great staff and wonderful setting
