Buena relación calidad precio
Pros:

La ubicación a dos cuadras del MUSA y tres del templo Expiatorio. A 500 m de la avenida Chapultepec. Una casa antigua remodelada con buen gusto mexicano moderno. Hay una pileta tipo jacuzzi. Terraza con cocina y refrigerador. Desayuno incluido: chilaquiles o sándwich, café o jugo, fruta. La cafetería a un lado de la puerta de entrada al edificio.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Beautiful place with a great courtyard. Only downfall was no a/c just a ceiling fan and a standing fan. I was very very thankful for both because it was quite warm in there. Very clean room and great decor. I would definitely recommend this to friends

Disappointing Stay with Poor Facilitie, Comfort and Hidden charges

It’s located just a cross from a very good breakfast/lunch restaurant called Restaurante Fonda Catrina Desayuno y Comida Mexicana.

Cons:

We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel/hostel. Upon arrival, we were charged a 400 pesos fee for early check-in, (no problem paying a fee to be able to check in 3 hours earlier ) BUT THEN to our surprise, they even wanted to charge us for simply waiting in the lobby before the check-in time. At that time we were close to just cancelling the reservation - and gladly pay the cancellation fee.

The room was not clean, which immediately left a poor impression. The shower facilities were very bad — the water pressure was extremely low, and it often took 3–4 minutes before the water reached a usable temperature. The ceiling fan was also so loud that it was impossible to sleep with it on. On top of that, the beds were far too hard, which made resting uncomfortable.

Another big issue was the number of mosquitoes. Since the property is located in a green area with water right in front, there were far too many, and it made the stay unpleasant.

Overall, our experience was far below expectations, and we would not recommend staying here. We were staying in room 5.

La ubicación estaba justo cerca de todo

Cons:

El personal nos trató pésimo, la habitación tenía dos huecos enormes en la puerta donde se podía ver todo desde afuera, se nos metían mil mosquitos, el aire no funcionaba nada bien, solo tenía un ventilador, llamamos al número que nos brinda la plataforma y nos comentaron que habláramos con la encargada del lugar la cual nos trató pésimo, le comentamos sobre los huecos y nos contestó de mala gana diciéndonos que no era su responsabilidad, que le hiciéramos como pudiéramos.

Pros:

Location was great, easily walkable to many bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. WIFI worked well for me and I enjoyed the breakfast offerings.

Cons:

Sound carried from hallways and communal areas even when people were just having conversations at a normal level.

Beautiful casa in great location
Pros:

The casa is beautiful and clean. The location in Colonia Americana is great. Breakfast is included, plus there is a kitchen and rooftop terrace available for use.

Peaceful and artistic courtyard, comfortable roomy rooftop with view of the cathedral, good use of space in the family studio, clean personal and shared spaces, "breakfast included" was a nice benefit, friendly staff, towels smelled nice, very cool place!

Cons:

Couch bed was uncomfortable (the two queen sized beds were fine)
