Secure car park

Cons:

Our room was very small with only 1 desk chair to sit on , nothing like the photos on the website
I asked to be moved to a room with proper chairs to sit on, the staff were great and accommodated this request as soon as they were able to, the rest of the stay was great

The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, making a great first impression :) The location is perfect as it is close to the cbd and easy to travel around. Cute courtyard in the middle of the hotel

A nice place to stay and we find it very convenient as mentioned above.
Pros:

We liked the fact that the motel is easy to find as we drive in from the north or south. . We have stayed there several times, usually on our way to Sydney from Traralgon . We use it as an overnight stay to break up an otherwise long trip. The staff are always friendly and we had got to know how to negotiate our way around the building. It is very convenient for us.

Cons:

Eight family members travelling together had a meal there on the evening of last Boxing Day. None of us particularly enjoyed our meals. I recall ordering a pulled pork meal, but the meat inside the bun was thick slices instead. There were several other disappointing comments as well, which I cannot recall and several meals were left unfinished. We ate elsewhere on our return trip, as a result.

Would definitely recommend staying here, great value for what you get!
Pros:

It was a beautiful building with a lovely room, and comfortable facilities! Loved it!

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit tricky, and couldn’t shut the blinds properly. Water was hard to adjust in the shower I don’t think the taps were right? But very minimal negative at this place as it was location and comfort wise quite supreme!
