I enjoyed my time overall and I will book again and again.
Pros:

Cozy and clean perfect location.

Cons:

Just the fine print during booking that I don’t notice. You can book with a debit but still need a credit card to be on file when you get there. That’s inconvenient and a big surprise.

A wonderful comfortable and friendly hotel
Pros:

This hotel gets 5 stars across the board. All employees were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and a special shout-out to the staff: Aurora, Brian, Jazmine, and Sandra. I especially appreciated the availability of plain yoghurt and fresh fruit (along with vanilla yoghurt for those who like it sweet). There were 4 types of bages, along with 3 choices of bread, and 4 choices in breakfast muffins Iwhich were different the 2 mornings we were there). There was also the usual hot breakfast choices (eggs, sausage, potatoes), waffles, dry cereal and oatmeal.
The suite - with a separate bedroom - was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains worked. Everything was clean and worked.
We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Good for business travelers with cars
Pros:

Cleanliness, excellent fitness room, helpful staff

Cons:

I didn’t realize it was in area without restaurants within walking distance— and the breakfast was not prepared onsite— I am GF/DF so had to eat power bars I had from airplane travel for my dinner and breakfast.

Stress-free stay thanks to incredible staff!
Pros:

The hotel was perfect for our family of five, and the laundry facilities were a huge bonus. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Sandra and Aurora for going above and beyond to accommodate our child with celiac disease by preparing food in the back kitchen to avoid gluten cross-contamination from the buffet. Anyone with a child who has food allergies knows how challenging it can be to find safe options, and it is not always easy to find such thoughtful accommodations.
Sandra and Aurora, we truly cannot thank you enough for your care and kindness.

Amazing Front desk service, breakfast staff. All very friendly and capable. Shout out to Honey and Princess. Already booked a second stay. Will keep this location as go to location for concerts at RogersStadium.
