אחזור שוב בתקווה שיתייחסו ויפעלו לשיפור ע"פ מה שכתבתי בביקורת.

תאורה חלשה יחסית בחדר.
המים במקלחת לא מספיק חמים.
המיטה גבוהה מידי ומנורות הלילה נמוכות מידי ולא ניתנות לכיוונון.
שקיות הקפה בחדר בדומה לשקיות תה -פחות התחברתי. עדיף שקיות עם קפה מגורען או קפה שחור.
חסר טוסטר נגיש בחדר האוכל בארוחת בוקר.
אין ארון או מקום אחסון סגור בחדר- יש עמדה עם מדפים ותליה
יום אחד אחרי ארוחת בוקר נכנסתי לחדר ומצאתי מישהו זר, לא חדרנית - כששאלתי בקבלה אמרו שזה כנראה מישהו שבודק את קליטת האנטרנט בחדרים. מין הראוי היה ליידע אותי מראש.

Tante piccole cose che non vanno bene. Peccato.
Pros:

Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile, in tutti i reparti. La location è ottima, per la vicinanza al centro e alle stazioni della metropolitana U e S.

Cons:

I cuscini sono scomodissimi. Le tende erano rotte ed era impossibile aprirle o chiuderle. L'illuminazione della camera è scarsa, e nel bagno è scomodo radersi perché ii viso rimane in ombra. Non è ammissibile che in un 4 stelle non ci sia un mini-frigo. Per spengere la luce in camera occorreva alzarsi perché l'unico interruttore è a fianco della porta e non ce n'è uno vicino al letto.

Habitació enorme i amb vistes espectaculars. Vam sopar al restaurant de l’hotel i estava increïble també el menjar. És el segon cop que vinc a un The Social Hub i m’encanta. A més, tenen servei de guardar maletes gratuït.

Cons:

Que realment si vols fer una estança llarga és massa car.

Fantastic, friendly base for exploring Berlin.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at the Social Hub. The facilities and atmosphere are fantastic, great food and drink at the bar too. Right by the U-Bahn so great for getting around Berlin. Staff very friendly and helpful, with lots of events on if you fancied a film night or a yoga session, for example. Highly recommend!

Cons:

There was one day where our room wasn’t cleaned, which was a bit odd and meant we didn’t have coffee, tea and mineral water for the next day. And the bracket in the shower in our room was broken. These are really small issues though in an otherwise brilliant stay.

Ηταν καθαρό , το πρωινό πλούσιο αλλά λίγο ακριβό .Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό . Ευγενικοί και καλοσυνάτοι άνθρωποι

Μείναμε 4 βραδυα αλλά δεν μας άλλαξαν τις πετσέτες Όταν φεύγαμε ανακαλύψαμε ότι υπήρχε μια τσάντα όπου έπρεπε να βάλεις τις πετσέτες αν ήθελες να τις αλλάξουν Δεν μας είχαν ενημερώσει στο check in . Επίσης , στο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε ψυγείο και πίναμε νερό στα ίδια ποτήρια για 4 ημέρες αλλά δεν είχαμε τα πλύνουμε Δεν μας τα άλλαξαν καμία ημέρα
