Pros:

The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The windows were soundproof, and even with the train station nearby, we didn't need earplugs to sleep. Every few rooms had their own kitchen, which was well stocked with fridges, pantries, ovens and kitchenware, so you could cook every meal if you wanted to. The staff was very friendly as well.

Cons:

The room was a bit too warm, and the AC didn't help much.

Best place to stay in Berlin
Pros:

It’s a very lively hotel, there’s always people hanging out at the lobby, the staff is very friendly and the location is perfect, right in front of a metro station and walking distance to alexanderplatz.
Bonus points for the gym, well equipped, clean and usually empty. I was able to do great workouts on my own pace.
The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, shower was good. They offer plenty of and extras like coffee and cookies as well.
The breakfast was excellent too, many options, the pastries were fresh, the coffee was good and there’s all kinds of options. I’m definitely coming back.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Our sink was clogged and there wasn't any staff to fix it. There were multiple lights out in the room so it was very difficult to see at night as the walls are also painted a very dark purple. The bartender was poor at his job and rude.

Pros:

Ich war nur 2 Nächte da, aber ich würde immer wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten, die Lage ist genial, Bus und U-Bahn fix erreichbar. Das Personal super nett, das Frühstück außergewöhnlich, lediglich der TV war offensichtlich falsch konfiguriert, ging nicht.

Cons:

Dass der Fernseher nicht zu benutzen war. Irgendwie ist es schön, im Hotel ein bisschen fernzusehen.

Merkezi, Alexaya yürüyerek 5 dk, toplu taşıma hemen otelden çıkınca. Tertemiz, çalışanları yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Berlin’e geldiğimde tekrar tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer.

Aantrekkelijke moderne inrichting, grote variatie aan gasten, prima ontbijt, behulpzame medewerkers, leuke restaurant/bar gelegenheid, uitstekende locatie om Berlijn te verkennen, duurzaam waar het kan

Cons:

beschikbaarheid ontbijt minder als je wat later kwam (bijvoorbeeld om 10 uur, terwijl het ontbijt tot 10.30 was).
