Pros:

When we arrived staff were very kind and helpful. Pleny of parking which was great as we had hired a car. We were also offered free dinners at night. There is a viewing spot on top of the building to view Mt Fuji which is a bonus.

Cons:

Rooms were small and nowhere to put your suitcases so your not stepping over them the whole time.
