日本語は難しい。
Cons:

場所がわからなくて時間がかかりました。原因はカンラクという名称で、予約はKANRAKU、看板は寛楽で迷いました。電話をしてもでていただけず、コンビニで聞いてももわからず、ナビを頼りに近くまで行き、漢字を見て理解しました。外国人対応のためでしょうが、わかりやすくしてほしいと思います

朝食はまずまず。

Cons:

バスルームがとても臭く嫌な気分になりました。掃除は問題ないと思いますが、窓枠はカビだらけでした。
また枕が高過ぎる。
お風呂の天井から結露した水が沢山落ちて来てくつろげませんでした。

Pros:

Had a great stay at Hotel Kan-Raku in Gotemba. Clean, quiet and comfortable room, roof terrace with a nice view on Fujisan (when not too cloudy!), tasty breakfast and dinner, very kind staff, easy to walk to and from the train and bus station, convenience store and a few restaurants nearby.

Parfait !
Pros:

Le personnel a été aux petits soins. Il nous a aidé à faire livrer nos valises, mais aussi à réserver un taxi, ce qui est très appréciable. La chambre était très propre et confortable.

値段に対しての期待を大きく超えた
Pros:

部屋はとても新しく見えとても綺麗で、また掃除も行き届いておりとても清潔だった。アメニティに限らず、頂いてはいないが無料のカレーうどんやアイスバーなどのサービスもありびっくりした。ホテル内の自動販売機にアルコールがあることも良かったし、外で買うより100円程度高い許容範囲の値段であった。大浴場も清潔で、また朝6時から入れるのはよかった。

Cons:

コーヒーが15時から24時までの間はロビーで頂けるが、その時間外ではアメニティコーナーにもインスタントコーヒーがなく、少し残念だった。
