Pros:

Todo estuvo excelente en este Hotel. Había un poco de ruido por el Lola's rooftop bar y por estar en el centro de Tepa pero eso ya lo esperábamos. El Staff muy amable siempre.

A hotel that makes up with delivering great customer service but has not upgraded their beds or room

Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien conservadas.

Cons:

Que no me explicaron a mi llegada del check in , que el hotel cuenta con un convenio de estacionamiento como alternativa sin restriccion de horarios de entrada y salida ,aun sin importar que tenia costo adicional. Solo me dijeron que en los alrededores podía ver opciones y tome una opcion , sin embargo tenían horarios establecidos, tuve que pagar taxis para moverme en mi estadía y tener mi auto en resguardo, esto opción me la explico otra señorita que me atendió en el check out.

Por otro lado , mi reserva la realice desde julio 2025, se bloqueo el monto de la reserva en mi tarjeta, en el entendido que el día de la reserva se cobraría la totalitad , y así fue !, sin embargo posterior a mi check out me llegó notificación de otro cobro nuevamente de la reserva, cuando ya estaba pagada.

La estancia fue muy agradable y la ubicación muy buena Gracias 🫂

Estancia placentera con detalles a mejorar
Pros:

Servicio excelente y amables , limpieza y todo muy bien a excepción de que si te toca en el piso 3, se escucha todo el ruido del restaurante que tienen en terraza hasta tarde, por la mañana la mucama con música a volumen alto que limpia las habitaciones contiguas se escucha todo, no hay buen aislamiento de ruido en la habitación. Tiene vistas hermosas al centro de Tepa.
