Pros:

Alojamiento tipo hostel. Silencioso, con servicio de lavandería y microondas. Buena ubicación. Permiten el envío de maletas entre hoteles.

Cons:

No tiene desayuno, ni cafetería, el personal no era muy amable.

Funktional und sauber.

Cons:

Es gibt eigentlich kein Personal, das check in wird per Computer gemacht. Wenn man Abends ankommt ist keiner da, man wird per Intercom angewiesen wie man in das Hotel und zum Zimmer kommt.
Fenster sind blind und können nur einen Spalt geöffnet werden.

Good facilities
Pros:

Location wasn't the best for what we wanted but that was my poor planning not the hotels fault. The facilities were good, allocated smoking area and coin laundry onsite which was very handy. Clean and everything worked smoothly. The room was a reasonable size compared to others we stayed in.

Cons:

The bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable, quite small but to be expected as I think it was smaller than a double bed.

posizione ottima, vicinissima alla metro ed alle vie centrali, con negozi, market, ristoranti, pur rimanendo fuori dal caos. Segnalo il vicinissimo ristorante Ichirin (non convenzionato con l'hotel), un posto delizioso dove gustare le eccellenze della cucina giap.
ottimi il servizio di lavanderia self service, il dispenser di acqua potabile, le chiavi di accesso digitali. soluzioni smart per clientela smart

Cons:

l'unico bagno in tutto il giappone con la tavoletta non riscaldata. per cosi poco, potrebbero rimediare.
