Location is good, it's close to the station (one metro station or 20 min walk) and it's easy to get to the hotel if you arrive to the city by train. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Nishiki market is 20min away by foot.
The room was clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. Amenities are available at the reception. Hotel offers washing machine (for a fee) and microwave, which is useful.

Hôtel bien situé dans un rue calme, a 2 min d'une station de métro et a environ 15 min de marche de la gare.
L'hôtel a une laverie (lave-linge avec sèche linge associé) et un micro-onde a disposition.

verblijf was ok.
Pros:

de kamer was iets ruimer. ook hier geen kasten om je spullen op te bergen. weinig ruimte om je koffers te openen. Schone wc en douche. helaas wel een hoge opstap om in de badkuip te komen. minder geschikt voor wat oudere mensen.

Cons:

het station was wat verder weg. geen directe eettentjes een in de buurt.

La recepcionista nos hablaba inglés, cuando llegamos fue muy difícil comunicarse. También tienen un hotel que se llama igual a calle y media y no aclara en ningún lado que son 2. Así que verificar antes de llegar al alojamiento que sea el correcto, ya que perdimos tiempo discutiendo con el recepcionista hasta que nos dijo que nuestra reserva era en el otro hotel.

La struttura è molto comoda e accogliente, ha il servizio lavanderia a monete e la sala fumatori al suo interno, la posizione è ottima perché dista solo 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro.
