Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Riverview

Nádherný výhľad z okna, milý personal a veľmi pestré raňajky. Milo nás prekvapilo ovocie na chodbe, z ktorého ste si mohli počas dňa vziať na čo máte chuť.

Room was clean and comfortable. easy access to the riverside restaurants and cafes. close to the metro station. Staff was very kind. helped me with early check-in at no extra cost. The breakfast menu could accommodate a few more vegetarian options.

We celebrated our third wedding anniversary here and it was the perfect choice. The view, the service and the entire experience was just excellent. I highly recommend this place to friends, I’ll be back. I wish we could see the otters by the river next time. It's very accessible by public transportation too and can even walk/jog to marina bay if you want. I love that you can enjoy eating by the river or drinking a beer during sundown, it's the perfect vibe.

Came here for their buffet and was found that the parking full due to events. And there is this lady security actually talk to us with attitude and inform that if park infront of hotel need to pay $12. I do not know what do i need to face such an attitude security wher i have not start enjoy my lunch at this hotel. I believe hotel services is from inside to outside. Even i do not stay in this hotel but i dine in this hotel. Totally unacceptable services from a 4-stars hotel.

It has been a while since I stayed in Four Points in Singapore. The last time I was there, the hotel opposite it was Hotel Miramar. Now I can see the logo Double Tree.

All 5 of us arrived just 10 mins before midnight and were warmly greeted by the 2 guys (unfortunately I forgot their name). The check in was smooth and quick. Within 7 mins , we got the 3 room keys to our room. Thankfully enough, the recep managed to fulfill my request for us to be located on the same floor. We got level 8. All rooms facing Copthorne. We love the rooms so much. The room size is just about right, not too big and not too small. Amenities are complete. AC and hot water worked well. We love the sustainable amenities so much. We slept that night like babies as we were too tired of making the journey.

The hotel took notice of my Platinum status and granted us late checkout at 4pm, which helped us a lot on our next day exploring. We took for granted of the lenient time and have our bags safely kept inside the room while we venture to Sentosa. I remember fondly of your every level fruit trays and we cant keep our hands off them. The apples and pears are juicy.

We checked out feeling happier after a day of exploring Sentosa. Great memories again with FP Singapore. Keep up the good work. When I stay at the hotel before, I dont get to try the pool because of the weather. This time, we are simply passing to visit Sentosa, so I skipped to pool again. Sigh, I will come again next time for the pool and the riverview. Still, it was an amazing stay as before.

My wedding experience with Four Points had been a smooth and pleasant one. My Sales Manager, Hein Saw, has been very understanding & patience with our requests for the wedding banquet and met way above our expectations.

I would like to compliment on our outstanding Banquet Manager, Nelson. He has been the most helpful during our banquet itself by helping my wife on her gown when realizing that most our bridesmen & groomsmen were all male. He even went the extra mile to help with us on the solemization when there was some setback. He exceeded both of our expectations & we were really grateful to him. Please give him a raise or a promotion!

Four Points was the best decision that we have ever made for hosting our most important day. Highly Recommended

Goede locatie aan de rivier met mooi uitzicht over de stad. Hotel keurig en vriendelijk personeel.

Good location, close to MRT and good restaurants without being on top of them. Did not feel crowded (although we visited in off season, early June). Breakfast was great.

The breakfast was amazing. The location was great.There was a bus stop outside the hotel and the train station a short walk away.

They were very prompt and clear during our liaisons for the banquet even on WhatsApp and ensured that the banquet went smoothly in terms of flow and schedule which was much needed as photographer had to leave at a certain time.

We had 2 nights at the bridal suite which we forgot and Zaw made sure to remind us when we accidentally checked out.

The stay was quite comfortable and breakfast was varied and good.

Thank you which really enhanced our marriage life ahead with a good start.
