Great location clean if in a better room would stay again
Pros:

The location is perfect easily walking along river to canning park China town
Bus stop right outside and plenty of cafe and restaurants around
Staff in some areas where very friendly

Cons:

Our room 1730 was beside the elevator so all day and night when in the room we could hear them going up and down especially annoying at night

Average hotel with good transport options
Pros:

Riverview Hotel, but no river view for us. The pool was ok, but the steam room was out of action and they didn't bother to mention that. I went looking for it and found it taped over. Seems pretty unprofessional to me. (It's also in the bathroom, so you can't enjoy it with your companion, unless you are of the same sex.)

Best part about the hotel is the bus stop right in front, where you can catch a bus straight to Sentosa. Also Havelock MRT nearby.

Nice Hotel, Great Staff
Pros:

I stayed here for just over a week on a business trip. The hotel was nice, location great (saw the otters from my room), breakfast was very good and lobby bar was welcoming. What did set this apart for me was the staff. I took a nasty fall my first day near the ocean in Singapore and suffered a leg injury that was going to require surgery back in the US. I was on crutches the entire stay and the staff went out of their way daily to accommodate my situation. I've very grateful and next time in Singapore I will surely stay here.

Stayed one month with my family at Four Points by Sheraton Singapore Riverview. Overall the stay was fine, but the manager’s behavior was very disappointing and rude .
The hotel claimed there was a small sofa mark caused by my children and asked us to pay about SGD 220–250. The mark was not clearly visible, and there was no proof of the sofa condition before our stay.
This situation felt unfair and stressful for a family with children.

Hotel with Nice Outdoor Dining Area
Pros:

Stayed for 2 nights in Jan 2026. Overall what you expect from a Four Points but the plus point is the coffee house with outdoor patio where one can dine outdoors. Nice and cosy area this outdoor patio. Only drawback is the birds that always wanna steal your food. Another drawback is elite members only entitled to 3 pints or equivalent during happy hour at the bar lounge but there was no snacks/nibbles to go with it. Was hoping they can give elite members free flow of coffee or tea at the bar all day which is something that if available will be perfect .

Excellent stay as always.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast as always. All staff are polite and efficient. Reception was most helpful during re-booking and late check outs. Top quality.

Great location, mrt and river Walk
Pros:

My wife stay here whenever we visit Singapore, excellent location rooms are small but offer a comfortable bed and seating area beside window. Very good buffet breakfast with optional seating outside. Staff are professional and available when needed

Cons:

Air con was a bit noisy on fixed fan setting, window glass seal broken allowing condensation to obstruct view
