Good stay.
Pros:

Great Location. Friendly staff. Good Breakfast but could have been better with a few more vegan options.

Cons:

Supplies were in the refill machine but the machine wasn’t dispensing them e.g. the body lotion.

Lovely hotel and location. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Loved that It was on the river and could use the riverfront walkways. I'm not a fussy traveller, everything was really nice from the room to the facilities and the staff. A lot of choice at the breakfast, between Asian and European dishes.

Cons:

I bought one beer in the bar area for $20 SGD. Across the river, a 2 minute walk, were multiple bars with beers for $4-6 SGD. So it's extremely overpriced in the hotel.

Very Hospitable Staff

Please I must appreciate Ms. Sandie... she really helped me at point of check in. I discovered i forgot my wallet where i had all my ATM card in the airplane. After she tried to reach the contact office for over an hour to no avail, she then helped me book a taxi to take me back to the airport. Fully paid by her and this happened at early hours of 2am. On my way back to the aiport she called the driver to ensure to take me to Qatar office at the airport arrival.
When i returned at about 4am my room was ready and waiting for me.

Please Sandie and her assistant on that day deserve a raise or a promotion, such kind and welcoming staff.

Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Breakfast was gorgeous. A perfect start into the day. Rich choice, nice presentation, friendly service and wonderful food.

Pros:

Location was good. Buses at front of hotel. Train station 10 minute walk. Eateries out the back entrance to hotel where there was a bridge across the Singapore River leading to restaurants and bars. The pool area was clean and open from 7am til 9pm which is great after a day sightseeing. Always plenty of towels for those using the pool. Breakfast had a great variety of foods. Staff very friendly and room was serviced everyday. We were even greeted with balloons and greeting card in our room as we were there for a special celebration. Thank you Four Points Sheraton.
