Pros:

This is a relatively new property , 5 mins from temple.
Rooms are of decent size and staff was helpful.
First room allotted did not have working Ac and they moved us to a new room. That room was excellent.
I wish room service started at 5 am since people leave for early morning Darshan.

Overall the conditions of the Hotel was very nice. Pleasant staff , I did the late night check in working on the nightshift receptionist is very friendly.

Good: Walking distance to Guruvayoor Temple. Spacious rooms, large beds
Bad: Poor maintenance, no hot water, noise from the metal roof during rain, unclean toilet, few staff

New one in Guruvayoor.
Pros:

Check-in experience could be improved. Hotel was not aware of my booking but yet got convinced with documents I furnished. They gave me the room and later asked me to share the confirmation. Liked this attitude. Still, check-in experience can be improved.

Coming to cleanliness and hygiene, top notch! Room given to me was of very good condition and very clean.

With reference to Room service, staff need to wear mask and gloves while serving, they corrected themselves after I complained.

Those who are pure vegetarians, note that they serve both veg and non veg so plan your food accordingly. They confirmed me they use seperate kitchen for preparing. Still, non vegetarian should be avoided in a holy place like Guruvayoor!

They even offered me facility for Electric Vehicle charging and it was complimentary. Overall a very good experience.
