Pros:

Spacious rooms, nice size fridges, easy booking

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't great, potatoes were sour and gross, wish there was real maple syrup for the pancakes and a little more variety.
Closet door was broken, fridge freezer didn't work unfortunately which is normally a priority due to traveling with a tube fed child and needing to freeze ice packs for his nutrition overnight while traveling... I'd seen the good size fridges online and that was a factor in deciding where to stay so very disappointed.

Close to casino. Breakfast was great, room clean

Cons:

Pool water was funky. Hopefully because you use Bromime instead of chlorine. It seemed cloudy and best described as "slimy"

Pros:

The location to the casino for my birthday

Cons:

The room was not cleaned especially the bathroom a towel was left from the previous guest and we asked for the bathroom to ve cleaned and they just took the towel and left the bug in the shower. They never came to clean our room for the entire stay.

Expect to spend $1000+ for two nights but book it for 388.28 for those two nights!!! Then get the run around!!!

They over charged me damn near 3xs what I paid to get this room for two nights. In total it was suppose to be $388.28 and was charged that twice and then morning of check out another charge of $288.xx came out to just under $700 they over charged me for a two night stay!! Blaming it on booking.com no one wants to take the accountability yet my money was taken from my bank account and living 8-10hrs away screwed my funds up over what should have never been an issue and with some of my autopay accounts now risk overdrafting where if they wouldn’t of taken all my money and just that $388.28 for the two nights, I’d still have my funds I budgeted for!! Pissed doesn’t even come close to how bad it really screwed me over!!!

Unfortunate Circumstances
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Lots of hot and cold choices. Lady at the front desk was very nice considering everyone was complaining about room key and pool problems.Bad situation

Cons:

Pool and hot tub were closed for repairs. Room keys didn't work for anyone checking in because their machine was broken. Noise from hallway was horrible. Did not get the Room we reserved and was billed twice on my credit card. All weekend plans were ruined do to facility problems!!!

Basically a nice hotel; just a couple quirks to be aware of
Pros:

My room was very clean. The pillows were great. The desk staff were friendly and professional. I thought the breakfast options were good with scrambled eggs, sausage links, fried potatoes, waffle maker, 4 juice choices, cereals, hot oatmeal, muffins.

Cons:

1: The step-in shower! It was roomy and the water pressure was fine and it drained well. BUT there was NO PLACE (no holder or ledge or bar) to place soap, shampoo, or a razor! I had to lay my items on the shower floor. Weird! And a potential slip hazard with nothing to grab onto…
2: I didn’t care for the hefty “incidental” charge which they promise will be refunded (fingers crossed!)

A great stay, such very personal staff of workers there, and really thought Carena one of the best!
Pros:

The cook, Carena such a nice and very helpful person. She helped me so much as I'm handicapped! All staff was so helpful, from the house keepers to people at the desk. I'm sure we will stay there again when we come back to Michigan as we have family there.

Cons:

Had no problems staying there.
