Location is great, rooms comfortable, cost way too high
Pros:

Clean, tidy, had all the essentials, really lovely staff who went above and beyond to help us out, location.

Cons:

Cost was too high for what you get. Also couldn’t manage to turn the temperature of the room higher than 18 degrees even though I set it to 22 and follows the instructions given. We were too tired and jet lagged to get staff to help but would’ve been nice to have a room that wasn’t freezing.

La mejor opción para Tokio. Acerté!
Pros:

La cama es comodísima. Dormí tanto que pensé que la cama me escupiría como un chicle en plan; no has venido a Tokio a dormir” Sal a la calle🤣 Las vistas mejores de la ciudad. La sauna genial. Cerca de todo. Volvería.

Cons:

La verdad es que me sentí afortunada de haber acertado con el hotel.

Practical option for a 12 hour overlay.
Pros:

I found it very practucal on a 12 hours overlay. Very quiet. Good TV and Internet.

Cons:

If they coud make it a bit cheaper would be great.

Very convenient location and worth it for the naps and showers with a long layover with little kids!
Pros:

Location in jewel right up escalator from the footbridge easy walk from terminal. The lounge and water was great as everywhere else charged you for water. We extended for 12 hours at the hourly rate and probably reimbursed about 4 hours in water (5 of us staying). Beds were comfortable and staff was super helpful. Also was a great shower!

Cons:

It was very expensive for such a small place but I think that’s just what you pay in Singapore for the convenience. They could probably afford to put some snacks (chips/fruit ect) in the lounge would be a nice touch. Would honestly book again regardless.

Great location
Pros:

The location was very convenient. Offers all the basic comfort and amenities.

Cons:

Check in time is later than usual hotels from 6pm. If you arrive early then you could relax at the sofa or lounge.
The hotel doesn't offer to look after your bags after checking in and they will refer you to use the paid services in Jewel.

It served its purpose but for the price it couldve been better.

Cons:

Check in time was at 6pm when reserving through booking whereas if booked direct it was 3pm. check out time was also earlier.

Also not a lot of ventilation in the room
