YOTELAIR Singapore Changi Airport

Hygiene quality was very poor. The first thing we saw were blood stains on the toilet seat. Rooms need to be checked thoroughly before welcoming customers.

Good location in Jewel Changi, with good environment. Very convenient if have a transit or early flight at Changi Airport.

The room is a decent size. However, it would’ve been nice if there were slippers for the bathroom. It’s really expensive for the lack of amenities. There isn’t even any conditioner.

Comfortable room. Ideal location. Clean room but smelled like curry (air and bed). Good shower. Staff not too friendly. Rating is based on comfort of bed and airport location convenience.

A soundproof room in Changi Jewel. A really comfortable bed with lovely pillows. A decent size shower and toilet room attached and soft white towels.
It had enough space to be comfortable and yet still had hairdryer,mirror, foldable table and chairs and a big tv. Just perfect for my early morning flight.

Very very convenient to stay for a stop over or short stay.
I came for 3D2N to explore Jewel, Changi as to see the night light shows and stay for 2 nights with reasonable price (normal day)
Room very comfortable but personal view that the room size suitable for Asian small size person😅. The bed too near to TV and need to do some maintenance at the bathroom as the air paip was broken.

Great place for a chill sleep and shower before a flight. Very clean highly recommend. Great housekeeping. Good tv channels.

Unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations and certainly didn’t reflect the price point.

The room itself felt more like a budget hostel than a hotel. Every wall had noticeable marks and scuffs, the shower leaked and flooded the entire bathroom floor, and there was visible mould on the walls and ceiling. On top of that, we were only provided with a single towel, which just added to the overall sense of poor service and maintenance.

Overall, it was a very average stay and not what we expected from YOTEL. I hope this feedback helps highlight a few areas that really need attention.

Very small room as advertised. Quiet. Clean. Good amenities. My issue - and it is a big one -
the hallways have so many EXIT signs that send you in circles. I have real concerns about safety in the event that an emergency occurs and a fast exit from the building is needed. Would not stay here again for that reason only. Everything else was great.

Good location close to the airport.
Atmosphere : steamy.
Room : dirty and a bit tatty, plumbing had issues, toilet trickled, shower dripped. Bed was excellent, firm and the sheets were clean.
Expensive for the tiny size, (2.5m x 3m) and short stay. (8 hours)

Small, as expected, but totally adequate. Well worth the price. Totally refreshed after a sleep and a shower. The staff were lovely, too.

Very difficult to find hotel from arrival at Changi Airport, bed was very uncomfortable, bathroom tap was auto operated and very difficult to get flowing

Shops and food nearby

So convenient for transitting and you can have a private room to rest and freshen up for your next leg of your journey. Provided essentials like shower gel and toothbrush and toothpaste.
Enjoy the birds eye view of the Jewel and take a lift to the basement for cheap eateries and even the cinema to pass time.

Easy for our 2 night layover. Hard to find your room as it is a maze. Kept finding lost souls in the hallways yearning to get out. Could really use better signage to navigate back to lobby (unless that's not allowed for emergency exit reasons which were very clearly marked).

Extremely small rooms. So much luggage we could access the bathroom and front door without moving things back and forth.

Air con control was broken so they said they had to control from their desk but we kept having to call to adjust. No water pressure really.

Free coffee machines in the hallways were nice to have.

Obviously tons of food options in the Jewel and lots of public transportation since it's the airport.

Convenient and in a great location to the Jewel.

Really noisy air conditioning. We had to turn it off to get some sleep .
The bed had roll-together and a lump in the middle from the fold. Check-in was slow and manual.
Maybe this place is ok for young folk who want somewhere to hang out for a few hours, but there are less expensive places to catch a few zzzs in the terminals .
