Nasty, unsafe, and uncomfortable

Cons:

It was dirty, felt unsafe, and it stunk. I had to buy air freshener, the floor was leaking water in front of the toilet, our bedding was dirty, the towels were stained and dingy. The side door remained open our whole stay. There was police activity in the hallway. The tables and furniture weren’t clean.

If I could give it a zero I would.

Everything. The guy at the front desk was rude from the start and started cussing at us because we had babies that weren't added to the room and said only 4 people to a room but they are babies so that was ridiculous. He didn't try to compromise or offer anything else and ultimately we never got our room there because he was cussing at me and my husband told him to chill out and the guy was acting crazy. Usually if the service is bad, so is everything else. At the end of the day it wasn't worth it to try to stay there. They didn't give us our money back and they charged our credit card before we even arrived which wasn't supposed to happen till we got there either. All around worst hotel I've ever stepped foot in. If I could rate it 0 I would.

Very sketchy people staying there.
Pros:

Location is near places to eat and near major highways.

Cons:

Very noisy, dark out dated decor and much needed repairs needed.
No water available for rooms, poor service at front desk attendant.

It would be nice to be able to be refunded for a horrible stay, but was told that won't happen.
Pros:

The room and location were okay, but all the non working issues were the problem!
*No elevator (which I believe is illegal) and we had a 2nd floor room, had to carry all our luggage up and down the stairs.
*The TV continually kept quitting and saying "no signal", never got to watch a show,
*There was no working Air Conditioning, it was 80 degrees in our room, we called the front desk, guy came up and said he fixed it, but it wasn't fixed. It was so hot, you can't open a window, no air, miserable night sleeping. My cousin slept on the floor hoping it would be cooler but it wasn't.
*We needed to leave at 7:30 am the next morning, and we found out there was no hot water, only had ice cold water, no showers for anyone! I tried but couldn't stand the ice cold water.
*My sister and cousin went downstairs to check out the breakfast, they said it was unclean and did not eat.
We talked to the desk that morning before leaving - he said we had to reach out to a manager on Monday.
*We did - they said they cannot help us in anyway, discount, money refund, anything - because I booked the hotel through Booking.Com and not directly from them.

I did not like anything about the property

Cons:

This property was disgusting. The pictures are very deceiving. It smells gross. The room reeked like cigarettes and there was poop on the bathroom wall. The staff was not friendly and could have cared less about how bad our room stunk.
