Location okay but staff especially the male one, so poor customer service

Location was so good

Cons:

Staff. When we checked in, we ask if we could leave our luggage for two days after check out bcoz we will go to busan. The lady said yes with a fee. On the day that we were about to go, a man was on duty and he outright refused to let us leave our luggage. No matter how much we told him that his co worker agreed to let us leave the luggage, he just won’t listen. That gave us a big problem bcoz we had to bring heavy luggages to busan. Poor poor customer service by the man. Never coming back to this hotel.

ロケーションの良さに妥協して、ホテルの悪さを我慢しようと思ったが、我慢できないほどひどいホテルだった。

ロケーションは非常に良かった

Cons:

エレベータでしかホテルに入ることができず、エレベーターはいつも混雑していて、すぐに移動できない。しかもエレベーターの速度、反応は極めて遅い。更に悪いことに、この建物には階段がない。もしホテルの中に居て、火災でも起きたら、エレベーターは止まるだろうし、その中でホテル宿泊客に焼け死ぬ人が居るだろう。また、床は不潔で、バスタオルも気持ち悪かった。トイレは紙を流さずゴミ箱に捨てるように指示あり、不衛生であり、不適切。これ以上悪いことに、エアコンは冷房しかなく、一方でエアコンを止めると部屋が悪臭が満ちるのでエアコンを消すことはできず、凍える夜を過ごした。

The location was good and the room was very clean. The receptionist (male) were not appropriate for the job. I suggest

Near Myeongdong street (main); cleanliness of the room

Cons:

All MALE receptionist. From the old man who I first me when I checked in which is not very accommodating, to the guy who I asked help if he can assist me in using their oven, he kept on murmuring using their own language. He shows irritation and slams the door when he went back to his post. All male receptionist, cannot be found on the reception area they are inside the office which you need to call them if you need anything. I have talked to some guests like us and the experience the same. Especially Asian guests. They only shows respect to European or American (white) guests.

Great value stay with a comfy bed.
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for the second time, and it was comfortable and very convenient for getting around.
-Close to the subway, bus stops, and the airport bus
-Near Myeongdong shopping area and many restaurants
-Comfortable bed with enough space to open and store luggage
-Good value for money

Cons:

-Our room was on the 5th floor, the same floor as the lobby
-The walls were not very soundproof
-The guests next door returned after midnight and were noisy, including loud door slamming
-Our room was near the seating area, and every morning at 6:00 a.m. groups of Chinese tourists gathered and talked loudly
-The entrance was crowded with queues from the Haidilao restaurant, making it difficult to walk through

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It has great facilities, and the rooms are clean and very spacious. If I come back to Seoul, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent location for those wanting to stay in myeongdong for cheap
Pros:

The location was so perfect it had an elevator from the subway up to the hotel (exit 5), and just cross the road which is pretty narrow with a zebra crossing, and a 150m walk to the hotel - perfect location for those travelling via subway. The hotel had a water dispenser, with coffee sticks and tea for you. They have cctv cameras at the lobby, so you don't have to worry about depositing your luggage and somebody stealing them. The bathroom was okay, has a hairdryer, no other amenities though. Room was very quiet on the 9th floor.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that at my first day entering the hotel, when I deposited my luggage, there were no one to secure my luggage with a tag so this can make it a little worrying. Another thing was that the keycard I have gotten can access all floors which can be a downside. Plus, people who gets the 5th floor room (lobby floor), has no security whatsoever, and anyone can access that floor because it's the lobby.
