穴場ホテル

GWに利用しました。急遽、渡韓が決まったので明洞市内のホテルはほぼ満室で予約が取れませんでした。（ラグジュアリーなホテル以外）
巡り巡ってキャンセルが出たのか、こちらのホテルにご縁があり、求めていたツインルームに決定。
価格も許容範囲で、全く臭いがなく、アクセスもよく、繁華街の中でも全く騒音も気になりませんでした。唯一コインランドリーが無かったのはリピートを考慮する原因の一つですが、短期旅行にはおすすめです

Cons:

４泊5日の旅行だったので、コインランドリーがあると助かった。

Excelente ubicación.
Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien situado en Mieondong, cerca del mercado callejero, las tiendas y el transporte público. Es un sitio tranquilo muy conveniente para alojarse en Seul.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas. Tuvimos que reservar una para la primera noche por tener que adelantar el viaje y tenía el tamaño justo para tres camas; la del resto de los días era un poco más grande pero sin armario ni zona para dejar la ropa.

Excellent hotel in a very central and convenient location. The staff was kind, helpful, and available for every request, and the atmosphere was pleasant throughout the stay. Staff are friendly except the one manning the counter during day time. He's not helpful, maybe because of his age (older), not patient in dealing with customers.. but other staff are all friendly and reliable, specially the Filipino crew.. they are friendly and hospitable..

Location okay but staff especially the male one, so poor customer service

Staff. When we checked in, we ask if we could leave our luggage for two days after check out bcoz we will go to busan. The lady said yes with a fee. On the day that we were about to go, a man was on duty and he outright refused to let us leave our luggage. No matter how much we told him that his co worker agreed to let us leave the luggage, he just won’t listen. That gave us a big problem bcoz we had to bring heavy luggages to busan. Poor poor customer service by the man. Never coming back to this hotel.

ロケーションの良さに妥協して、ホテルの悪さを我慢しようと思ったが、我慢できないほどひどいホテルだった。

ロケーションは非常に良かった

Cons:

エレベータでしかホテルに入ることができず、エレベーターはいつも混雑していて、すぐに移動できない。しかもエレベーターの速度、反応は極めて遅い。更に悪いことに、この建物には階段がない。もしホテルの中に居て、火災でも起きたら、エレベーターは止まるだろうし、その中でホテル宿泊客に焼け死ぬ人が居るだろう。また、床は不潔で、バスタオルも気持ち悪かった。トイレは紙を流さずゴミ箱に捨てるように指示あり、不衛生であり、不適切。これ以上悪いことに、エアコンは冷房しかなく、一方でエアコンを止めると部屋が悪臭が満ちるのでエアコンを消すことはできず、凍える夜を過ごした。
