The front desk lady was very understanding and was more than happy to assist. After we looked at the room and decided not to stay there she issued our refund quickly and was very apologetic.
When we pulled in there was people standing in the unloading area and wouldn't move. We pulled around to a parking spot. When we got into the lobby it smelled like bleach. Check in went ok. When we walked up the stairs it started smelling worse and worse. It was a very strong musty mildew smell. You could tell everything had been painted recently due to the fact that they paint over EVERYTHING. Light fixtures had paint on everything except the bulbs. The glass to the fire extinguisher case was poorly taped causing there to paint on it. Once in the room it had the same smell as the hallway. The A/C once turned on had an entirely different funky smell. The bathroom tile was dirty. The was blood on the wall from what was hopefully a shaving accident. The TV had unknown particles and specks all over it. There was a drill bit in the coffee ingredients basket. A random sticker on the dresser. Mirror in the bathroom had stuff all over it. Ceiling had water spots. If you are looking for a hotel that is dont ask dont tell then this is it. We spent all of maybe 10 mints on the property and felt dirty. We paid an extra $80 per night to stay at the Days Inn 10 minutes down the road. The Days Inn is a 5 star Ritz compare to the Quality Inn.
Horrible
Water didn't work properly, bed was uncomfortable, breakfast was terrible
Breakfast was good. Coffee was excellent.
no problems at all.
Location good
Nice
Nothing everything was good
I liked everything! The room was spacious and clean.. And I liked where my room was located also... I was able to park where the room was so it was easy to go back and forth when needed... I will be going back!
Bed was pretty comfortable
My reservation was messed up I booked a room with 2 queen beds when we go there our room only had one bed. We were told there were no other rooms available but were given a room with one bed and a sofa bed. Very uncomfortable. And were still charged for 2 queen beds. And when I spoke to the manager the next morning she was pretty much of no help. Telling me there was nothing she could do. We weren't able to get a discount of any kind for our inconvenience. Sofa bed had no blankets or pillows. I had to go to the front desk to get them. Manager basically blamed everything on booking.com saying they got it all wrong and that there where no rooms with 2 queen beds when I booked the room around 3 in the afternoon. But Booking.com said there was. In addition breakfast wasn't very good either looked as though they were little frozen mini omelets with what appeared to be mini hotdogs. Not a very good variety of breakfast items
Overall not a good experience at this site 😕 As well as they seemed very under staffed that morning as the manager seemed to be doing everything herself. And lastly when we arrived the lights in the parking lot were not on. I almost drove by it cause I couldn't see the sign. This was NOT a good experience for myself and my family at ALL !!!!
Nice
.
The overnight female staff was my favorite i mever got her name she was an older lady. The Caucasian receptionist in the morning is rude and cranky all the time and shes always smoking a cigarette talking to her self. There was an Indian housekeeper who i gave the nick name Buddy too he was very polite and respectful. The rooms do smell of mold and could use vetter renovations but it was peaceful beside our loud room door in room 320. The rooms could use dusting especially by the ac and windows. Plenty of cobwebs. No elevator only stairs. No pool either which isnt a big deal i just needed rest. I do plan on coming again just rather not deal with the rude woman who doesnt even speak for some reason she only spoke to my Caucasian husband hence i am not white.... kinda makes you wonder.
Older hotel, needs a lot of updates! Overpriced for the condition of the hotel!
Room was quite big with a couch (king bed); breakfast included scrambled eggs and bisquits/gravy.
There was an odor in the room, possibly left over from steamcleaning the carpet. While the entrance hallway was updated flooring, the rooms had older carpet.
The property is in much need of an update. The furniture, decor and everything else is in need of a major update.
The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was a major issue. The shower had visible stains and appeared dirty, which was really disappointing. It seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained properly, and that definitely left a bad impression.
The hotel was rather cheap so I wasn't expecting the world however the lobby and hallways have a strong smell of mildew and mold, our room kinda had the smell as well but with the ac on it kind of masked it. The room was pretty clean (besides a stain on one of the bedside lamp shades) but the bathroom felt a little bit dirty. The corners in the bathroom looked like they needed attention as well as the shower being very stained. The staff was great and very kind, breakfast was good as well, if it wasn't for the smell or the bathroom it would have been 4 stars across the board.
I always like a continental breakfast
