I loved everything about this place! The staff were amazing and very welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was really comfortable. There’s also a lift, which was a huge help for me. The location was great, with easy access to public transport.
Localisation pratique: métro, tramway... Tarif très abordable.
Première nuit, ménage approximatif et problèmes de lumière dans la chambre. Par la suite, le personnel a arrangé les choses.

Location was accessible by the metro and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff (Younus) was very helpful. Walking distance to aksaray. 1.5 hours from IST airport via metro.

Am stat la etajul 1, cred ca deluxe unui local si pana la ora 11-12 noaptea se auzea muzica foarte tare in camera si cred ca prin sistemul de ventilație întra fum de țigară.

"I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and eager to make my stay comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt welcomed. A major plus was that the reception staff are fluent in Arabic, which made communication seamless and added a very personalized, welcoming touch to the experience.
The hotel’s strategic location is perfect; it is situated right in the heart of the city, providing easy access to all the major attractions and business hubs. Despite being in such a prime, central area, I was impressed by how quiet and peaceful the room was. The soundproofing is excellent, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Furthermore, the cleanliness was outstanding. The rooms and all common areas were kept in pristine condition, showing a high level of attention to detail and care for the guests' comfort.
Très belle chambre toute neuve et propre, en hiver très bien chauffée. Personnel vraiment gentil toujours prêt à rendre service, ménage journalier, excellent emplacement avec métro et tramway à 5 mn à pied, multiples restaurants et commerces autour de l'hôtel. Rapport qualité prix excellent pour Istanbul. Je reviendrai ici lors de mon prochain passage à Istanbul
