Pros:

Tolga and his team run a beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of old town Kalkan - overlooking the harbour and very reasonably priced. Staff could not be more friendly and we can't recommend this more highly. Hope to be back next year. Thanks for a superb 10 days.

Absolutely fabulous place with stunning views
Pros:

We stayed three nights at Pier House in a stunning room with huge glass fronted doors/windows giving fabulous panoramic views overlooking the bay. We could not have got a better view of Kalkan had we tried. The owners and staff were all just wonderful, extremely attentive, polite, accommodating and helpful. The Turkish breakfast was included and was amazing. We also had a lovely club sandwich and a glass of wine watching the sunset next to the pool one evening which was delicious. We absolutely loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone (unless you can't manage steps).

Such a lovely hotel and the staff are wonderful, they were all great Tolga was the only one who’s name we got and he was just lovely. Nothing was ever too much to ask.

Great proximity to the beach, literally less than 2 minutes away and right in the heart of Kalkan. Everything can be walked to and though it is close, it manages to be exceptionally quiet and peaceful. At night all you can hear is the waves crashing on the beach!

Pool is nice and the view is amazing, it is small but with the beach right there it was fine for us. They use salt water so no chemicals.

Our room was perfectly fit for purpose with a nice balcony and lovely clean bathroom. Rooms can be cleaned every day if you wish but we went with every 2-3 days.

Breakfast is traditional Turkish spread and always prompt every morning. Can’t fault it.

The only slight issue if you aren’t great on steps is that there is quite a few steps to get up to some of the rooms and pool. But if you’re up for a bit of exercise it’s great. There’s probably about 40 or so to get to reception - but the staff help with luggage.

All in all really great place and will definitely be booking again.

Pros:

Lovely building, the rock face provided a the back wall of our room.
When I could not find my bag staff jumped into action to search CCTV. The housekeeper and chambermaid were called who located it within minutes. I cannot thank these lovely ladies enough

This hotel had the potential to be awesome but sadly it was not. The property states that they have parking but it's not their parking, it's public beach parking in a lot that holds maybe 10 cars. When we arrived to the hotel we parked our car in another area since it was a little confusing to see exactly where we needed to drive (down a very steep, narrow road) but when we checked in the guy at the front desk said they didn't have parking available right now and we would have to wait until much later. We were pretty annoyed since we now had to trek back up the hill and then bring all of our stuff back down the hill only to later go back to get the car. We ended up giving them the keys to move the car for us because when we checked back with them 4 hours later, there still was not a single spot available. The room we chose was also very small (not blaming the hotel for the size) however, the AC just did not work. We had someone come look at it and they said it was working. Overall the hotel is nice and very clean with a great view/pool setup but I don't think I would stay here again.

Possibly the best boutique hotel on the turquoise coast! Omer and his staff are the most accommodating and welcoming people. All the rooms (we stayed in three of them over a period of ten days) are fabulous. Pool and sun terrace very well appointed and breakfast is Turkish luxe. Loved it and can’t wait to get back.

Pier House Hotel is in a great location and is an aesthetically pleasant place with wonderful surroundings. We loved being in the heart of Kalkan with shops and the sea so close by.
Very friendly staff even at our 9 pm arrival. The room was exceptionally comfortable and with the perfect view. We already decide to come back again next year at same time and in same hotel..
