Good place but noisy
Pros:

Easy check in, well located, lot of options to have good time in the hotel

Cons:

Noisy, the walls are so thin that you literally live with your neighbors.
So if they go late to bed, you sleep late

Perfect for the price!

Lovely and peaceful
Pros:

Very clean, quiet, lovely decor and super cute room with smoking/sitting area in the front. Showers and toilets very clean. Comfortable bed and good ac. Restaurant Birria next door offers the tastiest mexican food, and plenty! Sauna was amazing, highly recommended.

Luxe a un preu molt assequible
Pros:

Extremadament net i comfortable. La cuina molt neta també i ben equipada. Les habitacions molt boniques i tota la decoració feta amb un gust excepcional. La piscina increïble també. Ho he trobat barat per el que és. Hem pagat 390$MXN per una habitació amb bany compartit. Els banys son molt bonics i nets.

Cons:

No té cap fallo. Per dir alguna cosa, potser les paelles de la cuina eren velles però això és tot.

L'esthétique, la proximité d'un resto, l'eau dans la chambre, le sel pour le bain, la baignoire, la terrasse, la piscine.

Cons:

La gestion des frigos encombrés, sans etiquettes.
L'ambiance pas si familiale.
La peur de déranger des "rituels".
On entend facilement nos voisins.
Nous n'avons pas apprecié Tulum. Je m'attendais à être plus proche de la nature. La côte est privatisée. Et le prix pour découvrir Sian kan.

Insalubre et humide, très déçue
Cons:

Notre chambre était tellement humide que nous l’avons ressenti dans les 20 premières minutes que nous sommes entrées dans la chambre. Tout était sale : les draps, les serviettes, les parties communes, la piscine et surtout de la moisissure sur notre oreiller !! Nous sommes restés une seule nuit au lieu de 3 dû à un impératif. J’aurais voulu aller dans un camping j’y serais aller directement… Très déçue de ce logement dont j’avais hâte d’y aller suite aux photos de l’hôtel qui ne correspondent absolument pas à ce qui est réel !
