Very Good Location and Good Breakfast
Pros:

The hotel location is fantastic. It is very close to Hakata Station (Exit P7). You are almost in a "covered walkway" all the way to the hotel.

The room is very tiny as expected. Nonetheless it is functional. 

The breakfast is expensive but it was extremely good in our opinion. You can have a hearty Japanese Breakfast.

雨天でも地下道出口から2分程の距離の好立地。雨でなければ駅前の横断歩道を渡ればすぐの距離。宿泊については清掃が行き届いて快適。スマホ等の充電については不満度は高い。備品のタブレットと目覚ましの電源差込でコンセントが塞がれて、他の電気製品が差し込めない。また目覚し時計にUSB-Aは2口あるものの、電圧が低いせか、一晩接続しても「満充電(100%)」には程遠い状況であった。自前の充電器(100V)は必要と感じた。

床墊很差，冷氣位置出風位向著睡覺方向輸出，只能選擇關掉冷氣才可以解決，另外晚間服務員態度愛理不理

床褥非常差 中間位置凹陷 呈現兩邊高一邊低
的v字型 ，
另外冷氣位置出風位一向著睡覺方向輸出，不能調較，
最後只能選擇關掉冷氣才可以解決睡覺，
另外晚間服務員的態度看似禮貌但態度卻愛理不理 。
曾住過同區另外兩間FORZA 感覺良好,
但這一間FORZA 絕對不會再入住也不推薦。

Good Location
Pros:

The location: Location is good, easy to find. A quiet place but only a few meters away from shopping place.
The staffs: Average. Not the usual hospitality/accommodating you’ll feel from Japanese staffs in other hotels (maybe because most of the staffs are not Japanese), but neither are they rude, they just do whatever they’re supposed to do.
The room: space is normal (common in Japan), though they have a foot massage equipment in the room, something one may need after a ling walk.
Cleanliness: I’ll say average. It’s not the cleanest you’ll find, definitely not spotless but pretty descent…
Breakfast: Not so much variety but enough for a breakfast,, and are pretty good. The only down side is their dining area…it’s small.

The 9.0 rating on the property seems too high. The pictures really didn’t match what the property looked like. The lobby is nice but the hallways were in poor condition, stained floors and marks on the walls. My room was dull, the chair in it felt like it was falling apart the carpets and walls were showing a bit of wear. I’ve stayed at other hotels in Japan for the same price that were much nicer.
