スタッフの皆さんが親切でした。LINEの登録でもらえるハーゲンダッツの提供もスムーズで、宿泊者一同とても感謝していました。ワンフロア貸切なので横のお部屋を気にしないで良かったのも有り難かったです。アメニティも充実していました。

Fantastic location and hotel. 5 Stars from us.
Pros:

The location was central enough for first time family visit to Tokyo without being in the louder or busier streets of Shinjuku. The facilities, room size and everything was absolutely amazing.

We are now at a club med hotel and tbh we rate this boutique hotel better than where we are now.

Thanks for having us.

Cons:

The internet cut in and out almost days.

BEST STAY
Pros:

The place is perfect for everything. Near metro station, family Mart is just next door. Restaurants and other shops are just a minute walk. The hotel itself is beautiful, bigger size compared to other hotel room in Japan. The best part of the room is the big Jet Bath. There are free amenities in the hotel lobby; unlimited free Wine in the lobby , free drinks in the fridge and unlimited ice cream. THANK YOU and I will definitely book again.

Pros:

The place was spacious, the breakfast was good addition too. Was able to communicate with staff if needed. You can see the effort they have put in to make the place family friendly. The drinks, ice cream were a hit for the kids.

Cons:

Just be aware that to get to the area, you have to pass by parts of Shinjuku that may not be for kids. But the hotel itself made efforts to make the hotel very family friendly

Greta family friendly hotel
Pros:

Great family space….big enough for family of 5. Clean. We had the deluxe family room. Liked the seperate bathroom from the sleeping area. Location was walking distance to nightlife and restaurants and next to a family mart.

Cons:

Microwave, washing machine and projector were very difficult to use. But no big deal

Pros:

Room was very spacious and clean. Light breakfast, ice cream and beverages provided. Many amenities to make stay feel special (face masks, slippers, etc)

Great family stay in this quirky modern hotel with all things that you need. Free wine, coffee, juices and ice cream. T
Pros:

Quirky hotel, well thought out room with big bath and shower, bunk beds for the kids and a karaoke machine, lots of amenities and free things like wine, ice cream, juices. Modern and lovely.

Cons:

You have to self check in and self check out which was fine and there is no receptionist. No problems with that though.

Great stay. Convenient location. Could do with a few upgrades and breakfast needs to be reevaluated but apart from that

Great place to stay for kids, they were very happy with their sleeping arrangements

Cons:

Didn’t get the best nights sleep as the bed was quite uncomfortable. The breakfast offered at the hotel across the street wasn’t suitable for kids
