La pulizia della struttura e della camera, la cortesia di tutto lo staff, la posizione, il prezzo (più basso di tante altre strutture)

Posizione strategica per gli amanti della montagna per splendide passeggiate sia a piedi che in bicicletta.

Ottima accoglienza, comfort, pulizia. Ottima posizione per il centro e come partenza per le diverse escursioni.
Colazione varia e ricca. Cena con 4 portate di ottima qualità.

L'albergo avrebbe bisogno di una "rinfrescata" e di mettere i bidè....ci hanno assicurato che sono già previsti, onestamente proporrei anche vini al di sotto dei 26 euro

Lovely little hotel in the mountains.
Pros:

The location was great, staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also nice

Cons:

I think it is a suitable place to stay for 1 night, but I wouldn't want to stay longer. The only reason is the shower is old, it took 5 minutes to get warm water and the pressure was quite low. After a long day of hiking I was disappointed with the shower. But for one night it was fine. In general it's a nice hotel, could do with some refurbishments to get some little things more modern and functional.

The hotel is very nice...

Cons:

There was an error in our booking and we ended up spending about $400 a night when it was supposed to be a lot less. I believe the man at the front desk (Roberto) must have seen that the rate was wrong but he didn't say anything. I had to prove that I had called him when I made the booking and changed our stay, which he agreed to. To this day I still feel yucky that he was going to let me pay such an exaggerated amount. When I showed him the error he had me sit for 20 minutes while he talked to Booking.com, but it was just for show because our conversation was noted in the app. It was very disturbing and it took me a while get up the courage to write this review. At first, I didn't want to say anything but I felt so awful about it I figured it was important. I over paid for the room by a lot, I paid double but I would have paid so much more if I hadn't said anything. It leaves me with a bad feeling and I never want to go back.

Friendly well appointed Hotel
Pros:

We stayed here for a few days in September this year. The owner is very friendly and the hotel well kept breakfast is plentiful. We hope to stay again in the future. The hotel is only a short walk into the town. One tip is to try the pizzeria down the road which has great food. To be recommended.
