Pros:

Great facilities: very nice garden and plenty of possibilities to relax and enjoy the 3 swimming pools. Spacious rooms. Food at the restaurant was also very good. Free parking available at the property, very convenient as you for sure need a car to get there.

Cons:

Good breakfast, but not a lot of variety. No juices available.

The place is beautifully designed and has a really nice overall aesthetic.

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work properly. It made noise as if it was running, but it did not actually cool the room. When we asked the reception staff for help, they initially told us that the problem was specific to our room, but we later understood that the same issue affected other rooms as well.

We also felt that we were being given excuses rather than a real solution. At first, we were told that someone would come to fix the air conditioning the next day. When we asked whether we could move to another room, we were told that there was no point because all the rooms had the same air-conditioning system. However, the next morning, when we came to reception to say that we were leaving, they suddenly offered us a room with a different type of air conditioner. At that point, there was no longer any mention of waiting for a repair. We later also noticed other Booking reviews mentioning similar air-conditioning issues, which made the whole situation feel even less transparent and trustworthy.

Since the property is advertised as having air conditioning, we did not feel it was reasonable to simply expect guests to sleep with the windows open. As a result, we were woken up early by both the noise and the light outside.

Overall, we did not feel that the staff genuinely tried to resolve the issue, and the whole experience left us with a lack of trust in the way the situation was handled.

The hotel restaurant was also disappointing. It took a very long time for the food to arrive, the food itself was not particularly good, and the prices were high for what we received. In our opinion, it was simply not worth it. The breakfast was also relatively limited.

The property is beautiful, but considering how isolated it is and the effort required to get there, we did not feel that the overall experience was worth the trip.

מקום יפיפה קרוב לשדה התעופה. חדרים נולים ושרות מעולה של הצוות. המתחם כולו יפיפה. ביקשנו צ׳ק אווט מאוחר כמה שעות ואישרו לנו ללא בעיה.

Top Zimmer, top Anlage, tolle Pools, richtig schönes Außengelände

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist definitiv nicht eines 5 Sterne Hotels würdig. Es gab keinen Joghurt, kein Müsli, keine Brötchen, wirklich nur Basics. Das hat uns leider sehr enttäuscht.
