Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment.Es war sehr sauber,die beaitzerin Loredana ist eine sehr nette und immer hilfsbereite frau.Die betten waren sehr bequem.Sehr gute lage,nicht mal 5min bis zum strand.Viele Restaurants,Geschäfte,Eis Dielen etc ...

Отличный отель, уютные, чистые номера, в которых есть все необходимое. Отдельной благодарности заслуживает обслуживающий персонал: доброжелательные, отзывчивые дамы, очень гостеприимные, помогали по всем вопросам. Мы отлично отдохнули! Рекомендую!

Perfecte plek voor een strandvakantie
Pros:

De ligging is zeer goed, het appartement is schoon en ruim (6 pers. appartement).
Er was 1 slaapkamer met een 2 persoonsbed en een 1 persoons bed, in de woonkamer stond een 1 en een 2 persoons slaapbank.
Vriendelijk personeel. Ongeveer 50 meter tot de boulevard en 100 meter tot het strand.
De auto konden we langs de boulevard parkeren achter een hek. Op het kilometers lange strand staat het vol met bedjes en parasols die je kunt huren bij de verschillende beachclubs. Wij hebben voor 3 bedjes en een parasol 120 euro per week betaald.

Cons:

Het was wel jammer dat wij bij ons appartement niet echt buiten konden zitten. Er was wel een plastic tafeltje met 3 stoelen naast het gebouw maar heel klein en zonder privacy.

The room description is not accurate at all.
We booked a family 1-bedroom apartment with a terrace and a private entrance. There wasn’t any terrace, much less a private entrance. The building has a pretty weird layout. Whatever looks on the picture like a big balcony is basically a corridor where everyone walks to access their room , because their entrance is on their balcony . So when the bedroom door is open, the neighbors walk directly next to your bed .
The mattress and pillows weren’t comfortable .
Laundry costs extra and the washing machine is located it some garage like storage room outside the building and looks somewhat dirty/moldy.
Generally, I would stay there again, but would recommend to clarify the description of the room with the staff before booking.

Exceptional
Pros:

It was a really great place for our big family with three kids. The apartment we stayed in is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance (if you wish) and is quite large (one bedroom with a large closet, single and double beds; one large living room with two sofas, TV, and workspace with a computer table; dining room; kitchen with additional dining table; well-equipped toilet). The kitchen has enough dishes and cutlery for a large family and a two-chamber refrigerator. Please note that there is no kettle or microwave in the apartment. However, there is a modern induction cooker, and if necessary, we quickly boiled water in a metal pan. Wifi internet worked flawlessly.

Loredana was very friendly and helpful in every aspect that needed to be resolved. We arrived by car and were offered a pass and an allocated parking space in parking near the residence (about 3 minutes walk), which we gladly took advantage of. The beaches are about 5 minutes walk, which is very convenient.
I can definitely recommend this residence for a trip to Rimini. Many thanks to the owners! Everything was great!
