Great ambience!
Pros:

The dinner was great since there are not a lot of places in the town that has a great dinner like this. The staff was very helpful and was dressed up to serve the guests. They also packed out breakfast for our hike because we were leaving very early at 5 am. The breakfast was ready around 4 and everything else with the breakfast was ready earlier than we expected. We did not know about the carry out breakfast facility they provided for the guests, and the staff told us about it and we gladly used the service.

Bequeme Betten, Nähe zum Nationalpark

Cons:

Extrem hellhörig. Wir haben jede Regung auf Flur (wir hatten das Gefühl, die Menschen laufen 🏃 durch unser Zimmer) und Nachbarzimmer gehört. Personal in Sachen Lautstärke auch extrem unsensible. Ab 5:00 Uhr früh liefen Trucks und LKW (ohne das die bewegt wurden oder sich Fahrer in ihnen befunden hätten) und es wurde sich laut unterhalten.. Hotel wird von Reisegruppen genutzt. Entsprechend trubelig ist es. Service im Restaurant gut aber Restaurant an sich etwas teuer. Am Abend war heißes Wasser knapp. Wir mussten kalt duschen.

Expensive for what it is.
Pros:

Clean and a lovely big bed! Nice welcome but kitchen/dining room staff were not helpful!

Cons:

The corridor noise could be heard in the rooms unfortunately. It was very expensive but very nice overall.

Kedves, mosolygós, angolul beszélő recepciós. Benzinvásárlasi lehetőség nagyon jól jött a túráinkhoz. Nagyon finom, változatos, bőséges reggeli. Óriási, kényelmes ágyak. A hely hangulata, berendezése nagyon egyedi, autentikus.

Cons:

Tényleg nagyon vékonyak a falak, de nekünk ez nem volt zavaró.
Ha jól értettük a vacsora fejenként 25000 peso volt, mi két vacsoráért és 3 sörért 88000 pesot fizettük, ez esetben a sör rettenetesen túlárazott. De lehet, hogy rosszul értettük a vacsora árát.

Clean, quiet hotel near Torres del Paine.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable rooms. Location gets you closer to Torres del Paine park.

Cons:

Expensive, but everything is near the park. Cerro Castillo is very small town, no gas available if you are driving your own car, you still have to go to Puerto Natales for gas.

Pros:

L'hotel est une grande "estancia" avec bcp de chambres, un soin particulier pr la déco. Il est récent, les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Le lit est très confortable. Le personnel gentil. Petit déjeuner avec du choix. Les logements dans le parc étant tous complets ou alors encore plus cher, c'était pour moi la meilleure solution afin de me rendre rapidement à une des entrée du parc.

Cons:

Je trouve cela cher pour la prestation (de toute façon dans ce parc tout est cher)... il manque des attentions que des hôtels de cette gamme de prix partout ailleurs proposent. Certes la déco est jolie mais ce ne suffit pas. Des équipements ou fournitures tels qu'une bouilloire dans la chambre pr se faire un thé ou café sans avoir à aller au restaurant, une boite de kleenex...plus d'accessoires dans la douche. Des attentions comme dans tous les hôtels de la sorte.
Les prix pratiqués au restaurant sont très chers (et d'ailleurs pas affichés sur la carte) pour des plats classiques et pas terribles , ou en tout cas qui ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur d'un hotel "haut-de-gamme". Le service n'est pas digne non plus d'un hotel 3 étoiles. Ce n'est pas "pas bien" c'est juste trop cher. ou alors il faut se mettre au niveau.

Great stay
Pros:

A very good stay, excellent location for visiting Torres del Paine. A substantial breakfast is included, and you can order a packed lunch and a very good dinner buffet at the restaurant.
