Hotel was great. Breakfast was great

Cons:

Too much noise during our stay. Loud noises throughout the night and we did not get much sleep.

Pros:

Left door placrd outside of door to have room nade up as we were away for the day but returning that evening. Placard was put back on inside of door but room wan NOT made up! Disappoining!

The staff (Linda) was incredible by accommodating our family with a room by a door. This was excellent customer service and so helpful with us while we had our dogs. Such a great place with space outside, also hot tub, pool, slide, breakfast

For a Best Western Plus it exceeded many more expensive hotels.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, lovely artwork, spotless and very nice room. Morning breakfast was amazing with everything you could ask for and generous seating area. Nice outdoor patio with fireplace.
