We weren't sure if we would make it to check in that day as we were traveling for the national basketball tournament and had games. i called the day we were supposed to check in to ask questions about if we didnt check in, if we could check in the next day, what was the policy if we couldn't make it at all, etc... the girl (who refused to give me her name) stated she cancelled my hotel and i needed to call booking.com so see if they would give me my money back. I never asked her to cancel my stay!! Said there was nothing she could do and we had to find another hotel. I called and explained to booking.com, they worked with me to get my money back. The hotel refused to work with booking.com or me. HORRIBLE!!!

In town for a tournament, no other options available besides this hotel. Wouldn't choose it again.
Pros:

Was not very clean. Needed to extend the stay for a day and one front desk person didn't want to do it and said I would have to do it online. Waited until shift change and got the help I needed.
