Comfortable stay. Fantastic shower
Pros:

Lovely bathroom. Shower was amazing! Comfortable bed. Good that it has heating and aircon. Staff were lovely.

Tea and coffee provided, but no milk. No tea towel. Towels a bit small

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και ο χώρος αρκετά καθαρός ως προς τα βασικά — τα σεντόνια, το κουζινάκι και οι επιφάνειες στην κουζίνα και στο μπάνιο ήταν σε καλή κατάσταση.

Cons:

Δυστυχώς όμως, δεν είχε γίνει σωστό σέρβις στο κλιματιστικό, ούτε ο απαραίτητος καθαρισμός στον εξαερισμό του μπάνιου, ο οποίος είχε πολλή σκόνη και μικρόβια. Από το πρώτο κιόλας βράδυ που κοιμήθηκα, ξύπνησα με κλειστό λαιμό και μια δυσάρεστη ατμόσφαιρα μέσα στο δωμάτιο.

Επίσης, το δωμάτιο έχει κάποια ψηλά παράθυρα που δεν μπορούσα να κλείσω. Το πιο λογικό είναι ότι τα είχαν αφήσει ανοιχτά και έπρεπε να παραμείνουν έτσι, διότι ο χώρος χρειαζόταν σίγουρα καλό εξαερισμό.

À vos risques et périls

Bon quartier, nous avions un concert à Wembley l’emplacement était parfait pour rejoindre le stade rapidement

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés à minuit avec une arrivée autonome. La carte pour ouvrir la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons du appeler une personne qui n’a pas réussi à l’ouvrir à distance. Heureusement on nous a donné une autre chambre qui était disponible sinon je ne sais pas où nous aurions dormi…. Tout ça en anglais bien sur, je ne sais pas comment nous aurions fait sans un niveau « correct » d’anglais.
Une fois entrés dans la chambre, tout est très basique. C’est très mal isolé, vous entendrez tous les bruits de la rue et des autres appartements de l’établissement. Bref nous ne reviendrons pas

Okay, functional but not exceptional
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and reading lights were helpful. The en suite was good. It came with a fridge, toaster, kettle, cups, iron, hair dryer. Convenient location near to West Hampstead Thameslink tube and train station. It was good value for one night to attend a concert at Wembley.

Cons:

There were a few marks on the wall where the wall had been damaged and a few dirt marks, the bathroom sink didn’t have a plug hole, no hand towel was provided, just two larger towels. Teabags were provided but it would have been helpful to have one or two small milk sachets as there was no point buying milk for one night. The room we were in was a lot smaller than the photos suggest, but overall it was perfectly functional and comfortable for one night.

Thrilled to have found a gem that’s affordable for London visits — great location! Wonderful shops and restaurants nearby and roomy clean apartment

Walls are thin so bring headphones if noise sensitive — didn’t bother me

The room was very clean , very comfortable , the heating was good, there were utensils, pressing iton, refrigerator , microwave, overall very comfortable , I enjoyed my stay

Cons:

The surroundings on my room..room 4 was quite dirty, could have been better..before I got into the room, I had low expectations because of the surroundings. The host was also a bit too strict, I need to check in about an hour earlier because I was coming in from another city but the request was declined -

Ήρεμη και καλή γειτονιά. Ζεστό δωμάτιο. Άνετη συγκοινωνία.

Cons:

Έπρεπε να.ζητήσουμε να καθαριστεί το δωμάτιο, αλλιώς μόνο στρώσιμο κρεβατιών και πετσέτες. Το κτίριο μύριζε ύποπτα τσιγάρα συνεχώς.

Pros:

Me alojé con mi pareja 6 días. La ubicación es perfecta, puedes ir tanto en metro como en bus para visitar todo Londres.
Facilidad a la hora de hacer el check-in automático.
El personal limpia la habitación todas las mañanas.
No se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Cons:

Me gustó mucho todo.
Si tuviera que decir algo, seria que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien.
