There were a bunch of exploding cars outside my room. They were extremely loud and woke me up early. The smoke from the burning car filled my room and made it hard to breathe I had to leave the room. I went back to the room after the cars stopped burning. Tried to nap then the cartel lit the oxxo under the building on fire. When I opened the door the corridor was full of smoke. I held my breath and ran out. I had to spend the night at strangers. I didn't want to be outside. I didn't get to complete my stay because the fire burned the building down. The staff went in and returned my stuff in garbage bags. I spent the rest of my stay at a friend's place.

Depends on where your room is, load music until 3am at least.

The cleaning. The worst part is the cleaning of glasses and cups. All they do is spray it with disinfectant, and leave it as cleaned. I ended up drinking from the glasses which had the disinfectant spray sitting on it which made my stomach upset the first few days until I realized that the glasses were just sprayed.
They don’t touch the bathrooms unless asked or after one week. They clean the toilet with the brush and use the same brush to clean the seat. Again they spray the disinfectant and it is all clean to them. Had to clean the toilet seats each day after the room was cleaned, and the glasses and cups.
The doors are not fully closed allowing heat and noise to enter.
For the price, you get what you pay for. But the cleaning, such as washing is basic essential work needed.

I had no internet. The WiFi was absolutely horrible. I asked the front desk twice to fix the matter. They claimed the technician came...but nothing. I also had BAD cellular service.

Sus instalaciones no están nada condicionadas para la zona, la mitad de sus habitaciones están frente a bres que prestan servicio hasta las 4 o 5 de la mañana y el nivel de la música y ruido es intolerable, no solo para personas con sueño ligero, para todo el mundo.
La recepcionista de la noche tenía una pésima actitud y respondía de manera muy irrespetuosa, incluso hizo comentario acerca de que eso era lo que se podía recibir por ese pago tan bajo por la habutación, y a decir verdad, por ese valor o incluso menos te puedes hospedar en el Holiday Inn; no lo recomiendo para nada, no cambien un buen descanso por ubicación, no lo vale.
Además pésima higiene en toallas asignadas a las habitaciones, tuve incluso que pedir que se cambiaran para poder usarlas y esperar en la ducha, horrible.
Sí debo decir que para la segunda noche nos cambiaron la habitación y esto mejoró un poco la experiencia. Sin embargo, esto fue después de una discusión con el personal y la verdad eso daña cualquier viaje. Repito para nada lo recomiendo. Pésima relación costo - beneficio.

NOISY bars across the street EVERY night until 5am!!!! We did NOT get the room requested; property says Booking.com didn’t forward it to them. VERY disappointed!

Me toco la ventana frente de un karaoke pero mi amigo de otro cuarto dijo que los cuartos de atrás son tranquilos.

Las instalaciones un poco deficientes, las puertas y ventanas no aislaban el ruido de afuera, era como si estuvieran abiertas, tuberías oxidadas, toallas deshiladas.

Estaba un poco sucio el piso.

Nos tocó una tele e internet sin servicio, quedaron de arreglarlo pero no lo hicieron.
