Great location to walk into the town in 2 minutes. Great reliable taxi firm worked with who were great and took us anywhere for a reasonable price.
No tea and coffee facilities in the room, and the breakfast room was small Considering the amount of rooms. One day we had a trip booked and had to eat on the reception as it was so busy.

Loved the rooftop pool and bar for watching the sunset. Nice air con in the room and comfy beds. V good location close to main restaurants/bars and easy taxi to get to the falls,
We only had breakfast once as it wasn’t included but it was kind of average.
La ubicación es muy buena, las camas son cómodas y el desayuno aceptable.
Jamás había estado en un hotel en el que descansar fuese casi imposible. El ruido del hotel y de las habitaciones de al lado hacia imposible cualquier tipo de descanso. Tener que aguantar gritos y música alta hasta altas horas de la noche y desde las 6 de la mañana, es todo lo contrario a una buena experiencia.

Great Location, Great Pool, Clean, New Towels each day and beds were made. Staff very friendly except the manager, Pool was refreshing after being in the heat all day. There is outdoor shower to rinse before entering the pool. Pool didn't seem chlorinated but it might have been salt water pool. Pool was very clean, just the edge of the pool needs some updating. Breakfast was free and wide variety of options. The rooftop restaurant was OK for a quick bite.
When we asked months before the arrived for late checkout, we were declined. When we arrived asked for late checkout they said they couldn't accommodate us because the hotel was fully book which was NOT the case. After we checked out we had to book another room which shockingly was available to book but not for late checkout. The manager was not friendly about this, but the rest of the staff was amazing!
The Pool could use some updating around the edge, and view from inside the pool thru the glass could use some cleaning cause you couldnt see out at the view cause of the dirty windows.
