A lot good eateries just outside hotel. Hotel is clean. Staff are friendly
Laundry. There is laundry bag n slips in the room, but after I throw all dirty clothes in the bag and call housekeeping they said it takes 3 days bcos they have to send laundry to kl.
This causes much inconveniences bcos when I mixed all dirty clothes tgt including wet ones when we caught in rain, after that have to take it out again everything stints.
Furthermore the laundry slip clearly stated if I send b4 12 I will get back by 2 next day. There's also expressed that I can get back same day. But all this info is not accurate and it causes much distress to my stay not bcos it takes 3 days to send back laundry but I have dump wet n dry dirty clothes all into 1 bag.
I would suggest the hotel to update the laundry timing immediately if they are unable to fulfill the timing.

Gostamos bastante da equipe e do café da manhã com bastante variedade, além do cozinheiro que fazia a massa e os ovos na hora. Foi muito bacana a experiência da massa na hora e a gentileza da equipe.
Wifi do hotel era bem fraco e muitas vezes não funcionava. Nosso quarto teve um problema nas lâmpadas e ficava muito escuro, principalmente de noite, com baixa visibilidade.
Great hotel with an excellent location. Everything was nearby, from shops to food. The gerai around the hotel served delicious local food, and we enjoyed every meal.

Construction work opposite the property spoils the view and adds to noise. Location is 20 mins drive from Skyworld. Price dropped considerably within hours of booking.
