The hotel is very nice and clean. The reception staff are five stars however, the room service is horrible. I have never stayed in a hotel with this bad room service. I hope they work to improve that because everything about the hotel is good.

Review for Park Inn by Radisson Aziziyah

I recently stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Aziziyah, and I must say it’s an excellent hotel. The property is neat and clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms, and the bathrooms are modern and well-maintained. If you book early, you might secure a great price, making it a fantastic value for money compared to hotels closer to the Haram.

The location is a bit further away, but that’s a positive in many ways—it’s away from the hustle and bustle, so the nights are peaceful. Taxis are easily available right outside and cost around 20 SAR to the Haram. Although the hotel offers a shuttle service, I didn’t use it during my stay.

A special mention goes to Bell Captain Sharif. His professionalism and exceptional service truly stood out. He went above and beyond to assist me and was always available with a smile. His impeccable manners and willingness to help made my stay even more pleasant. Sharif is a true asset to the hotel!

Overall, Park Inn by Radisson Aziziyah is an excellent choice for those looking for a clean, quiet, and reasonably priced place to stay with exceptional service. Highly recommended!

The transportation system is badly organised that needs to be better planned considering customer convenience. Few other bus didn't show up at Kudaii, twice after waiting long I had to come by cab.

I had five separate bookings for different groups arriving at various times. Bayan from the reception team handled everything smoothly and efficiently, even though some of them arrived before the official check-in time. She treated each of them as if they were her personal guests. I’m writing this comment to acknowledge and appreciate her efforts and cooperation.

Awsome property! Nice staff! Stayed two times within 3 weeks and chose this hotel both times close to haram. Shuttle service is a joke but taxi is cheap 20 riyal one way at your convenience 24 hours.

Rooms are big and not cramped. Amenities are good, and breakfast checked the box in the right ways.

Only complaint would be that they didn't have a shuttle - July 2024. I had assumed they will also have one for prayers times, but they didn't and this adds up Taxi costs to the Haram.
