Pros:

The staff were lovely, accommodating and helpful!!! Such a shame the hotel smelt so bad of damp and mould. It was a great hotel otherwise. Didn’t stay and got a refund.

Do not stay more than one night if you have a flight early in the morning then it would be an option. Construction constant through out the day and night. I would not stay again. Staff was great but that was the highlight. Definitely not worth the money and the walls are very thin.

Basic but good location for airport, beware of snacks not being complimentary
Pros:

Basic and small but comfortable room, in good location for getting to the airport for an early flight. Shuttle bus is available but this didn’t work for our timings and we easily got a grab instead. Our room had the bathroom inside it, separated by glass rather than a door which may not suit everyone. Please be aware, you will be charged for any items you use in the room including noodles etc. You also need to allocate additional time for them to check the room before you are able to leave at check out.

Was fine till they hassled me for a bottle of complimentary water on check out
Pros:

I actually had an adequate stay for one night in the small room provided at this hotel. No frills no windows. However, upon check in I was told I was entitled to two complementary bottles of water. On check out when I was ready to head to the airport, the staff told me that I had to pay for the one bottle of water that I drank (not two). The reason? I drank a cold bottle of water. Only the room temperature bottled water was free. I said well I only had one, not two, so let’s call it even. They refused and hassled me until I paid for the one bottle of water with my credit card. The result? One star rating. Hope it was worth it, owners.

Pros:

This property keeps the same good condition and friendly staff every time I come back. The front desk lady remembered my name and was very accommodating to help my stay comfortable and convenient since my travel itinerary varied so much. Thank you for being so great.

A great little hotel,close to airport.

all the staff are excellent,attentive and very helpful. everything is great. the area is 5 min ride to the airport. but to get to the main attractions will take 20 to 30 min by grab depending on the traffic... they have no restaurant but there is a ministop near and streetfoods stalls near.
