The breakfast spread contain delicious local menus.which i find it as added bonus
I reached at midnight due to delayed flight.they are aware of my request for extra bed and delayed arrival but yet my room havent not ready with extra bed and i need to wait longer for the setup

The room was nice
The door connecting to the next room so can be noisy. Also generator next to my room at night prevent me from sleeping
Everything you need especially as a step before or after Sumatra discovery. Good equipment, very professional and friendly staff, comfortable.
It is located close to nice restaurants (some hip restaurants) which makes it nice. Staying there gave us a better feeling about Medan than our first hotel.
Water fountain was free but warm

The bathroom got water on the floor it did not flow to the drain.A bit flood.But after inform the front office the hotel fixed it.
