Very good
Pros:

Everything you need especially as a step before or after Sumatra discovery. Good equipment, very professional and friendly staff, comfortable.
It is located close to nice restaurants (some hip restaurants) which makes it nice. Staying there gave us a better feeling about Medan than our first hotel.

Cons:

Water fountain was free but warm

Really good and recommended my daughter as an option to stay in Medan.
Pros:

The location, water pressure and comfort.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet is not much of an option. This hotel has potential and can go better.
