L’hôtel est et pas du tout conforme aux photos : c’est très laid et la couleur verte foncé sur les murs est horrible
En revanche l jeune équipe a l’accueil est très sympa

First couldn’t find my check In even I showed receipt and booking number .
TV broken could help.
No breakfast
Staff smoking in hotel I don’t have issue with smoking but it reflects the service.
Then staff having breakfast at the table but not for guests wow.
In one word Don’t stay.
I have been in a lot of hotels some very good some not bad but this was absolutely terrible.

交通地理位置方便，酒店入面舒適寧靜，難得地部電視係打得開，用得到，酒店員工友善，性價比高。

We are transfer to another hotel upon arrival. I booked this hotel because i like the room design and top floor. Went to another hotel but the rooms are not up to my standard. Also causes us to move around with our luggages.

This place offers consistently friendly and personalized service with good value for money. Location is fine.

제목: 벌레의 공포!!!!

예약해놓았던 이 호텔에 도착하자마자, 물이 단수가 됐다는 황당한 이야기로 같은 급의 다른 호텔로 옮겨주겠다고 했는데, 옮겨 준 호텔은 기겁할 만큼 더러웠습니다.

곰팡이와 함께 남이 쓰던 물건들도 그대로 있고, 남이 쓰던 타월까지 그대로 있는 청소를 안 해 놓은 방이었고. 화장실도 너무 더러웠습니다. 방음도 전혀 안되고. 물품도 여기저기 고장 나 있었습니다. 너무 화가 났지만. 올림푸스 하노이 호텔이 물이 단수가 됐다는 말만 믿고 이해하려고 했습니다.

다음날 원래 예약해 놓은 이 깨끗해 보이는 올림푸스 하노이 호텔로 옮겨주셨지만. 이 호텔은 겉은 새로 리모델링 한 호텔이라 그런지 깨끗해 보이기만 했을 뿐.

잠시 후. 침실에서 가려운 것이 있길래 살펴보니 빠르게 움직이는 다리가 많은 작은 벌레들이 엄청나게 많았습니다.

나중에 보니 열어놓은 트렁크에도 그 벌레들이 막 들어가고. 몸을 여기저기 물리기도 했습니다. 하노이는 처음이라 원래 그런 건지 이 호텔만 유독 그런 건지 알 수는 없었기에, 그냥 이날은 이곳에 묵기로 했습니다.

그 후로, 다른 호텔에 지내본 결과 다른 호텔에선 이 벌레를 발견하진 못했으며. 결론적으론 이 호텔에만 그 벌레가 엄청 많았고. 하노이의 관광지 공중 화장실에서 비슷한 벌레를 발견하긴 했는데. 주로 화장실 부분에 사는 벌레인 것 같습니다. 그 벌레들은 정말 너무 공포스러웠습니다.

용품중에 금고는 망가져서 열리지도 않는 쓸모없는 금고 였고
냉장고는 하나도 시원하지 않은 음료 보관함 용도 밖에 되지 않았다

결론적으로 첫날부터 거짓말로 사기를 친 이 호텔! 겉만 깨끗한것 같고 속은 깨끗하지 않은 벌레의 공포까지 더해진 이곳엔 이젠 다시는 방문할 계획이 없습니다.

이숙박시설을 사용하지 못했다
매니져가 다가 오더니 예약한 방이 단수가 됐다고 올림푸스호탤과 같은 호텔급의 체인점 이라고
same same 울 강조 하면서 Lavender Old Quarter Hotel로 보내졌다.
우리가 방에 들어 갔을 때 사용했던 이불 시트가 협탁위에 놓여져 있었고 화장실 청소도 되어있지 않았고 심지어 쓰던 수건이 걸려 있었다
조식도 우리가 신청했던 올림푸스 호텔보다 못미치는 수준 이었다. 다시는 가고싶지 않은 호탤이다.

So New and beautiful hotel, I’m stay in Hanoi 1 weak, They are help me make the excelente package trip for go to Halong Bay 3days /2night, Sapa Tour and Ninh Binh, Olympus this is new and they do every thing excellent. The room very beautiful comfortable and very clean, Special thanks to all staff there all the friendly and help me every thing over what I want, The location in the central of central just 2 min two the night maker and beer comer and coffe st also, Just 5min to go Hoan Kiem lake. Thanks all for make our best trip in my life :)

It is worth to experience. I was here one night, and everything above perfect, extremely polite friendly staff, they helped us a lot, even when we left the hotel, you can also book a tour At the hotel with Jackie Hoa he helped us a lot for the trip to HaLong Bay
